Update-Kudos to the Supervisor Mike and Williams for standing by their work. Mike came out a couple of times once for a pinched wire via the AC install that affected my heat, and today for a damper that some how got closed I believe during AC install as I do nothing with a furnace. It was quick easy.

Mike is super knowledgeable, professional, polite, and is a real asset to you your company. Happy Thanksgiving

Williams Refrigeration AC & Heating did a good job quickly for a reasonable price. The whole team was pleasant and professional. Tammy and Ashley in the office handling payment they made this easy even in a pandemic. Dan and his crew and the electricians were ontime diligent in their work installing my new AC unit, and respectful of my home and time as I was working from home. Dan and crew explained what needed to be explained and got the job done. They get my highest recommendation as a company that does what they say they can do.

After a $10,000.00 installation these people still can not get the point that there are three air outlets in the living room that do not put out anything but a breath of air conditioning. They simply do not care about their customers and are in the business at this time simply for the money they can take from their loyal customers. A loyal customer I will be never more.As a side note they charge me for every useless service? call.

My old AC unit went out during the peak of summer heat. I called Williams refrigeration and decided to have them quote me for a new unit. Jim Williams came to my house a few hours later to provide a quote which I think is fantastic considering it was the hottest point in summer and I'm sure they were busy.

I ended up having them replace both my furnace and AC unit as they'd reached their expected life (they didn't up-sell me--it was time). The quote that Jim provided me was very reasonable. The team at Williams was able to schedule a replacement later in the week--again surprising for the time of year. On the day of the installation a team of 3 workers showed up in 2 clean and well-stocked vehicles and they stayed the entire day working on the removal of my old equipment and installation of the new equipment. They were pleasant, courteous, and neat. At about noon, someone showed up to drop off custom sheet metal duct-work that the guys measured and called in that morning. He also hauled away the old units. A little while later the electrician showed up to wire everything. It was apparent that these guys were very qualified and the entire team was impressive with people coming and going at the right time. Even my neighbors were impressed by the amount of Williams vehicles coming and going from my house to support my installation.

A few months later and everything is working as it should. I would highly recommend Williams refrigeration to anyone looking for new HVAC equipment.

I called Willaim's, and they were out to my home the same day. Most of the staff was very friendly. I unfortunately needed a new furnace, that being said, it was installed the following day. I wish there was a bit of wiggle room on the price, but all and all I was satisfied with the job they did. The installers were very friendly and understanding when I was firing questions at them. In the end, I would recommend them.

We've been using Williams for about 15 years now. When we moved to our new house and had to replace the furnace, they came in right away, quoted a very fair price and got it installed within just a few days. They do excellent work and we'll continue to use them in the future.

I called to have my failing water heater replaced. They were able to do it the very next day. Reasonable price, very professional installers. They carry the Rheem brand which has an excellent reliability rating, unlike my old whirlpool. They even cleaned up after themselves.

This company did everything they said they would do, and more, with a fantastic price, compared to 2 other heating companies. They were on time for the appointments, cleaned up everything when done and the new unit looks and works perfectly. Very pleased and would use them again for the next project.

I have had personal experience with Williams for the past 19 years. They have serviced my furnace & air conditioning unit a few times over the course of the past 19 years. I recently decided that it was time to replace my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner. Of course, Williams was my first call but I owed it to my self to get several estimates as well. Over the course of a week, I had secured 5 estimates 4 of which from local companies and 1 from a company in Holly, Mi.

In the end, I went with who I know and have had personal experience with. Williams Heating & Cooling have done work for several people that I know as well. I was just visiting a friend who had a furnace and AC unit installed. What stuck out to me the most was attention to detail. Williams estimate was not my cheapest, but after I saw what I saw, i was going with nobody else.

On July 14, 2017, Justin & Matt from Williams installed my new furnace & air conditioner. Not only was I impressed with these young men, I was impressed with the work performed. They were very professional and took pride in their work. What impressed me most, while working I had several conversations with these young men. They couldn't be happier to represent Williams Heating & Cooling. Toward the end of the day, Steve (the electrician) and his partner showed up to perform their part of the installation. Again, these men were very professional and the work performed was outstanding. The attention to detail is contagious within the Wiiliams Heating & Cooling family.

I had my new furnace and AC installed back in 2011. I noticed right away that when they did the duct work they forgot to run a duct to my living room and left a hole covered by just the register. Kind of shoddy. Not long after had to have the compressor repaired. It was just past the the warranty date so I had to pay for that. The summer before last the air was not very cool and found I have a freon leak. Today Jan. 2016 Consumers Power found a very small gas leak they said was probably part of faulty instalation. I had it fixed by a professional plumber and sure enough they said the same thing and showed me the faulty valve that could not be turned off, that was Installed by Williams Refrigeration AC and Heating. I own another home that has a furnace and AC that was installed in 1980 and it never leaked freon, has the original compressor and never replaced a valve on the furnace. That's just my experience with them. maybe you'll have better luck.

Great company. Very professional. Reasonable and highly competitive prices. The installation went smoothly. I have used this company twice and highly recommend them. Never had a problem with the furnace they installed 17 years ago and I don't expect any problems with the furnace/ac they just installed.
