He was able to come out promptly and was very communicative about exactly when he would be here. Extremely knowledgeable but also very friendly and polite. He was able to fix my AC unit quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

So glad I called Paul first! Found this listing, read the reviews. Absolutely wonderful! Excellent experience all the way around. Everything from the call (Yes, he answered the phone) to the completion of the job was great! Pleasant on the phone, up front about basic charges, listened to my reason for calling, and came right out. Punctual, professional, friendly, answered questions, found and fixed the problem quickly, respectfully walked me through the process of what was found and how it was needed to be fixed. Was not rude or pushy, nor did he try to tell or sell me anything I didn't need. Knows his stuff! Billing was absolutey reasonable. Definitely recommend to call him if you need service! Will definitely be calling him again for future service! 12 out of 10 stars! Great guy!

Furnace and AC 25 years old, got quotes from 4 places including budget and they came in the cheapest but close to 2 other quotes. Paul and his worker were professional and timely and had good communication, always answered his phone and keep me up to date with what was going on. Everything you would want/except. I would highly recommend them for affordable work.

Paul was very detailed and thorough. He was very responsive and came out on time. He fixed the issue with my AC that the last company failed to do and was very inexpensive/fair pricing. He made sure that I understood everything he was doing and gave me good helpful hints for upkeep etc. along the way. I trust him & that's not something you can say for all technicians. 10/10 would reccomend.

First, he answered his phone!!! Next, he showed up, when he said he would!! He found the problem with our furnace, quickly, and fixed it. His bill was, very, reasonable. He was courteous and respectful. 5 for 5, I would definitely recommend Budget Heating and Cooling to friends and neighbors.

I needed a new furnace about 4 years ago. Free estimate, got the furnace I wanted at a great price. Very professional service.

Called for a furnace inspection and the lady said they weren't interested because they were getting ready to retire.
