I wish I could give zero stars too, Ashley. Bad business... Bob came to my mom's house because her furnace went out. He told her it could not be fixed until after the Christmas weekend, because he could not get the part to fix it until then. He quoted her $700+. My brother, who is a plumber, called his heating and cooling friend. They went to get the part which costs $130. The furnace was fixed within an hour or two. So, Bob was going to rob my mom blind for Christmas and let her freeze over the holiday weekend; and that, more than anything made me call and give them a piece of my mind and write this review. I'M SPREADING THE WORD!

Michael A. at the Mastercraft heating, cooling, & plumbing did a very good job on my furnace. He did the job fast and answered a lot of my questions that helped me understand what I needed for my furnace. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help.

If you own a home you know things just break. When they do, you need them fixed, and fixed fast. My sister suddenly had a “strange smell” coming from the plumbing. Ryan at Mastercraft made sure her repair was scheduled quickly, the right worker was sent, and that it was fixed. My sister was very happy Mastercraft and plans to call them the next time one of those “strange things” happens. Call Mastercraft for your any plumbing and HVAC issues. I’m sure you will be glad you did.

On short notice, we called Mastercraft Heating and Cooling to replace our filters. Ryan came very quickly to replace our Humidifer and furnace filters and he was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciate the fast response and speedy work

had them out 3 times this winter for the heater, and now I'm having to call them twice for the air to be fixed. seems like nothing with them can be fixed the first time. equaling me loosing time at work to wait for repair people. and now today I come to find out the repair that they said they did in the winter was never done and the furnace fumes were coming inside all along, or mention to me that the chimney liner is not up to code, DTE came and told me that

Called for service on water heater over weekend never heard from them. Called on Mon promised to come on Tuesday still waiting. Heater is under warranty otherwise I’d call another company

They came to my home cut a pipe open and then charged me for snaking it which did not resolve the problem. On top of that they charged me $95. I had another plumber come out and soon discovered that the only thing they had to do was fix my tub draining cord because it was originally improperly installed. I was highly dissatisfied with the service provided by mastercraft and i would suggest you look for another plumber that is honest.

We had 40 year old ductwork that had deteriorated underneath a concrete slab. Mastercraft was one of the few companies that was willing to take on the work. Even after the scope of the project had to change after the damage under the slab was found to be much worse than anticipated, Mastercraft worked with us to keep costs as low as possible and still finish in a timely manner. All of their employees were polite and professional and did their best to minimize the disruption and mess. I would highly recommend Mastercraft to anyone for their heating needs.

My furnace went out in February. I needed heat immediately. Mastercraft came out that day and installed a new furnace. I highly recommend them. The company is awesome!

Just a warning, do not use Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing Inc for anything!!!! They sent a man out his truck said Mastercraft and Daniel's plumbing and he tried to scam us. He tried to convince me that we needed a new furnace and air conditioner in order to sell our home. We called for a city cert (we live in Dearborn so it is required for home sales) and he left me with telling me I needed to call to schedule for a new one of both costing 5150.00. I called to get a second opinion and ran through what I was told about the furnace and air conditioner, the second company I talked to asked me what company and immediately told me not to stress because he would bet me money it was a scam (he hears this consistently from Mastercraft) . The second company came out, checked it out did Co readings and gave us our city cert, there was ZERO issue with our equipment. Shame on mastercraft.
