We had a service request put in and Adam was our technician for our toilet issue. Adam came and went above and beyond. He went the extra step to check out other issues in the home other than what I called for. He took the time to educate me on water pressure and how to properly use the equipment in my home. He is a very friendly guy and gave us spectacular customer service. Highly recommend this tech!

Mastercraft recently helped me with an electrical issue, and I am very happy with the service. I had the pleasure of working with Ray Breckenridge who was extremely helpful, patient, thoughtful and understanding. Ray did a fantastic job addressing my issues as well as provided some tips on how to troubleshoot in the future.

Maintenance of my 22 year old furnace showed it had deteriorated to a point where replacement was necessary. A firm price was quoted and an installation date was arranged Then, installation yesterday was handled by two professionals who worked skillfully and without disrupting my working from home. When finished, they took the time to give me an orientation to the furnace installed and the new thermostat they installed. I highly recommend Mastercraft and encourage any homeowner to use their services.

I recently had a new AC unit put after mine died late this summer. I contacted Mastercraft Heating and Cooling and they came out and gave me a fair estimate. The team lead by George did a fantastic job and worked hard to get the system just right. After removal and install was complete, George personally went over everything and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

We had a few problems after install but Oscar came out to save the mission. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on their products. Everything is running fine and tuned in. Thanks Oscar for your help you are were in no hurry, just wanted it right!
