Excellent repair man, Doug, excellent installers Charles and Roy. Poor scheduler at office. It was past noon and she had not listened to her voicemail. Owner Steve stepped on it and got action. I would use them again. I like to use local company. AC working great.

The technician,Taylor Banks was on time. She completed a routine tune-up on my Generac Generator. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Next year I want Taylor to return and preform the yearly tune up.

The folks at Mastercraft were amazing for us. Our furnace decided to die on the coldest day of the year back in February. Not only was someone able to come out within the hour and diagnose the problem, But after realizing we needed a new unit, had a replacement setup and temped in our house just a few hours later! Everyone has been nothing but professional, courteous and friendly.

The technician Oscar was able to diagnosed and fix the problem with in seconds of walking into the house.. he the. Was able to explain to me the prices to fix it and make sure the unit was working properly before leaving…
I also appreciated the fact the he talked with me in Spanish wich is my first language… so every was cristal clear..

Steve A has been our service tech for quite a few years and hes very passionate about his job and does wonderful work! I highly reccomend Mastercraft to anyone looking for great service and high quality work!

My AC stopped working and mastercraft sent someone out the next day. I believe his name was Jeff, he had my AC running in no time and knew exactly what the problem was. Very professional, knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Over all I’m very satisfied with my service from mastercraft, very honest and professional.

I had an air-conditioning unit installed. Thermostat is set on a schedule. No one showed us how to use it. No 1 will respond when office is called
Bob has been extremely rude, refuses to help, I am trying to speak to the owner but in 2 weeks nothing. Bob promised it would be professionally done. He let freon out which is highly dangerous. These people don't care about their customers, only the money they get. I'm under warranty and am still shoved to the side. Should've went to Randozzo's @t3nn3ss33bby

I’ve been using Mastercraft for 6 years to service my AC and furnace twice a year. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgable and keep my units running in tip top condition. I appreciate the convenience of a yearly service plan and their customer service team who call ahead to plan my appointments.

Had them install my new system on remodel and everything has been running great. I also have them doing the regular maintenance and checks on everything. They do their best to accommodate my schedule the best they can. Techs are always, clean, friendly and helpful. I've been happy with my purchase.

Hello, I have been a customer of Mastercraft at least 25 years. I was a customer when they were "Blue Dot". When I had some home improvement done, the contractor used Mastercraft. I was pleased because I knew I had made the right choice in having MC as my heating and cooling service company. They are reliable, professional and above all have integrity.
