The plumbing department is awesome, the AC and furnace unit guys are okay, seems like when they come in and do a ac and furnace cleaning they blow dust everywhere, They need better vacuum techniques. When I turned on my furnace it smelled like there was a fire probably because all the brushing and blowing with the vacuum in the furnace housing by the motor, of all the dust that was blowing around hopefully it doesn't catch on fire in October when I turn it on full time.

Excellent service. Ryan, the service representative, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of my air conditioning system. He is very customer oriented and very pleasant. I have done business with Mastercraft for many years and have the highest praise for their services.

I called them yesterday and they were here first thing in the morning and got the job done just a little over an hour. I had a longer gas line ran for my dryer. The guy that did the job was awesome with a great personality. This is the second job they did for us I highly recommend using them.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained repair in detail. Only complaint is that when you call to make appointment not explained that you're charged a service fee and then additional charges. Other than that very pleased with technician and the problem was rectified with my boiler.

Service calls are always stressful.mever knowing who will show and trying a new company...but so glad I did! Mastercraft took over the company I used prior and this was an incredible experience. Coming home to a furnace not working in december is stressful enough, but they got me help over the phi e, scheduled me fast,and the service tech was INCREDIBLE PROFESIONAL AND ONTIME! He took care of the check up and made.me me comfortable that my family was going to be taken care of and his family company was behind me!

Do not use this company. Predatory practice of atrocious overcharging. R-22 refrigerant is not $189 per pound. It’s $299 for 10 ponds. They scare you into purchasing one of their over priced system with an outrageous service charge. They will tell you it’s the top of the line and throw more fees in there for ductwork modifications. Those systems are around $3500 to $4500 for the system itself. Do not believe a word they tell you. Horrible company.

Service specialist Doug was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. He explained how to clean housing of filter and cleaned dirt around base of AC unit. He informed that not to cover the base of the unit with mulch or dirt
I would like to have him back for furnace maintenance in fall.

Very poor customer service. My furnace went bad around 4:00 PM on Sunday. I called the emergency line 3 times and left them a message. Finally I got a call back around 10:00 PM. Aside from the delay, I had bad experience with their practice in not honoring the warranty. First they said the warranty is for parts only and does not cover labor. After I show Scott (the service man) that the warranty is valid for 5 years on labor too, he called the office and waved the labor part but he said that I still have to pay $85 for service call. Just watch out for their business practice if you ever need them.

A/C broke down in the middle of the hot weather. They sent someone out the very next morning, got it up and running in 20 minutes! Excellent service, very professional and a job well done! Highly recommend give them a call!

Today, we had a professional and courteous visit for a furnace check-up. The person who came observed safe practices. Wore a mask. Did not waste time, but was friendly. Explained everything. Couldn't be happier.
