Quality of work very good. Business practices, not so good. They work at their convenience. I got heavily pressured to change my appointment time to an earlier time one beautiful spring afternoon. I was able to rearrange my schedule. Turns out Mastercraft doesn't like to pay their people if they don't have work. They had a cancellation and moved me up. I got this out of the service guy. Not nice for their people and not putting the customer first. Also - they will install many brands, but they aren't necessarily a 'gold star' installer for the brand. Meaning if you have an issue the brand isn't going to go out of its way to help you. Seek a company that is on the preferred list of installers for the brand you decide to go with. P.S. Avoid Trane - it is misspelled and should be spelled Train as it is as loud as one.

Here’s my story: My AC broke down few weeks back and I asked MasterCraft to check it out. So, the guy came and gave me many reasons why I should replace it for $4500. Well, that’s a big assessment and so I got a second opinion. The other company came, fixed it and I paid $200. Weeks later, my old AC is going strong...
So, you be the judge.. but for me I am done with MasterCraft.
Oh, they also made me waited 5 hours for the guy to show up. Nice.

I would never use this company again. Everything leading up to the payment was great, however when it came time to pay, my credit card wouldn’t go thru. I was on the phone with my credit card company for 15 minutes when I got a call from a lady in their office. She basically told me “ if you don’t get this resolved in 15 minutes, I will have to tell the technician to undo what was done.” I asked her if that was a threat and she stated “take it however you want to take it.” I spent over $500 on a repair with them and this was how I was treated due to the technicians impatience on me getting my credit card issue resolved. Turned out my card was flagged for fraud and 5 minutes later they were paid without even a thank you, just a “ yep, it worked.”

I called Mastercraft & the phone was answered quickly, to schedule appointment. The tech showed up on time, after phoning to let us know they were within 30 minutes. Clean, professional, and the work was completed within an hour. I'd highly recommend!

AC wasn't working. Took them 4 days to get onsite. (ok hot days, I can understand) Turns out Condenser was bad. Was ordered and replaced on same day. But AC unit had dirty filter. Tech told me they would bring me 2 new filters when they brought replacement condenser. They brought the wrong filters. That was Monday. It is now Thursday. After telling me they would bring them "tomorrow" I am still running my AC with my new $3300 condenser, with an old dirty filter and I can't get one locally in a day or 2. Now they aren't returning my calls. The only reason they got 3 stars was because of their service techs. Customer service, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired.

My family is blessed to have heat this cold winter. Mastercraft is dependable and knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC products and services. Ryan did an awesome job today performing my annual furnace tune-up. I know my family is in good hands with Mastercraft. Highly recommend considering them for any HVAC needs.

Eric and Mike came out to my house to install a new Lennox air conditioner. They were professional and polite. They answered all my questions. They left the job site clean. Great team of guys and great company!

I will never use these people again. I was treated with rudeness when I booked the appointment. Then the technician Scott treated me like a bother and then was condescending when explaining why I was having problems. My daughter heard him and couldn't believe I let that guy talk to me like that. I have never been so disgusted with a service provider.

I was present for the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit in my daughter's home, and found the crew, consisting of Santiago, Lisbey, Antonio, and Tyler to be extremely professional and competent. They worked efficiently and were considerate in covering floors and carpeting from the front entrance to the basement. A shrub bordering the backyard patio needed to be trimmed away from the brick wall to make way for the exit vent, and fortunately, Tyler had previous landscaping experience, and expertly trimmed the entire shrub. Santiago explained in detail to my daughter when she arrived home from work, exactly how the system would operate for both heating and cooling, and everything was tested thoroughly before they left the premises. All questions were answered in a courteous and respectful manner.
Should my furnace or air conditioning in my own home need replacement, I would not hesitate to call Mastercraft Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and request the crew of Santiago, Lisbey, Antonio, and Tyler for the installation.
