Mastercraft Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

I had quite a bit of work to be done on my house to bring my electric up to code and it was all handled very efficiently, quickly and affordable by Mastercraft. The team of electricians led by Bryon and Jay along with a couple other workers whose names I didn't get, sorry, did a great job, answered all my questions and taught me a few things about wiring I was unaware of. They were all respectful, courteous. and through. I definitely have nothing to worry about with my wiring now. Thanks guys!

We have dealt with Mastercraft for at least 20 years+ . We are on our 2nd furnace and 2nd AC unit. Had a few issues along the way. Oscar came out to make sure repairs were done right. He found some issues and corrected them that no one else found. He stayed extra time to make sure everything was running like it should. Appreciated the extra effort.

The service was beyond what we expected! We were so thrilled how fast our new furnace was installed within hours to get us up and running with air conditioning on such a hot day! Then sent Oscar out to our home to fix the thermostat wiring! We would recommend this company to all!! Thank you so much!!

BEWARE!!! The technician showed up for regular service maintenance and noticed the shrill noise from the motor. His immediate recommendation to the elderly house owner was to replace the heating system. He sold the impression that the noise was conclusive evidence that the heating would not last through winter; ( In fact, the motor was only replaced 8 months ago). getting a new replacement is the solution at the price of$5,000. His initial estimate was around $3,000, but every time he would go to his service truck and come out his estimate was revised upward, with the justification that the added cost was needed to maximize the comfort she could obtain from the upgrade.

I had Dan come out and look at my system which was an upstairs space pack system that was tripping the breaker. He completely missed diagnosed the problem, I’m not sure if it was on purpose or not but he then gives me an estimate for a $10,000 new system which is ridiculously high. obviously I didn’t trust that estimate, I Got Kieran from Williams heating and cooling to come out and he said it was the circuit breaker, he replace the circuit breaker for $200 and my system is working again perfectly. Clearly Dan was either not skilled at knowing what he was doing or they were just fishing for a big new contract and hoping I would plunge for the big money system. Would not trust Mastercraft to give you the truth when it counts. This was a period of sustained heat and the AC was necessary to keep our bedrooms cool for my kids.

Very happy with the services. The employee is very efficient in his work, very grateful for the work done.

Tyler R and Josh R did amazing work. I was not home for most of the installation but was absolutely floored by the amount of respect they showed my home. They literally left my home cleaner then they found it. They were both very friendly and did A+ work. They were very thorough and explained everything with detail. I 100% recommend this company for everything. Everyone is friendly and respectful. If you don't choose MasterCraft you're making a mistake.
