Oscar was professional and friendly. He explained what the problems were with our Trane furnace and how he fixed them. I would be happy to have Oscar back the next time our HVAC system needs service.

One of my bedroom ducts had somehow been closed making that bedroom noticeably colder during the winter. The repairman, Oscar Castilo, quickly figured out the issue and despite having a finished basement ceiling, was able to get the duct opened for me. He also gave me several tips for my 1-yo furnace to help me keep it operating properly. I'll definitely request Oscar again for furnace issues!

Our furnace stopped working and Oscar Castillo from Mastercraft immediately diagnosed the problem (a faulty flame sensor) and had it fixed quickly. He went the extra mile and checked drain hoses and air intake. Once the service was completed, he vacuumed and left our home spotless. I recommend Oscar for your HVAC needs

Beware of this place!!! They are rude and liars!! They overcharge you for things and misdiagnosis the problem to get a more money!!! I’ve had heat the entire time I’ve lived here and I had them come out and check it and now all of a sudden my heat isn’t working! I just needed the air to work, if they couldn’t fix it just say that because now I don’t have heat nor air! They cut pieces off my furnace and all of sudden my home is cold… Dan is rude he hung up in my face and Steve just doesn’t listen and then lies about calling you back but never do!!! If you can help it please go to someone who isn’t money hungry and trying to get over on you!!! Worst customer service and I will be getting my money back!!

Called Mastercraft on Friday morning and spoke with Dawn, she was helpful and super nice. She got us an appointment right away. She really put me at ease, and is definitely the right person for a customer interface based job!
Vernon came over to do the work, he was polite, and efficient. And he put up with my toddler who was very interested in what was happening in our basement.
Would recommend, would call again (but hoping I won't have to!)

Needed my furnace looked at due to low heat. The technician was okay and explained what the issue was according to their knowledge, but I wish they would have focused more on the heat issue (which is what I initially called them for), rather than focusing on a non-heat issue that would cost me well over $5,000 and a non-heat issue that I’m not concerned about right now.

Charged me a $109 Service fee to show up and then an additional $100 labor fee to unclog a PVC water drain line for the humidifier. Guy was here 20 minutes. Never again.

Oscar Castilo was awesome, diagnosing a problem we've been having for years. He corrected furnace pitch and drain issues, as well as making a system setting on the thermostat.

Dan came out during a snow storm to ensure I had heat. Very kind, friendly and professional! Thank you for making sure me and my kids were warm!

Oscar castilo did a perfect job with getting my gas leak fixed and was the only person to take the situation seriously because it was an a emergency and he treated it as one and fixed every leak and even notice a leaking water heater and reprogrammed everything as well best technician every hands down
