Only place we found that brought a loaner AC unit while we waited for the new one to be ordered and installed! Within 2 days we had air, then just waited for the new unit about 2-3 weeks later. Even with all that, cost of the unit was reasonable - lower than others that didn’t offer loaner units!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable people too. Bob (owner) was very personable and came out to give us the initial quote. All the people were kind.

BEWARE I'm so disappointed in Mastercraft I have been a customer since 2006 for furnace installed,A/C installed,plumbing and electrical reason for my low rating I was one of the unlucky homes that had 4 day power outage call so after service restored had MC tech Steve came his determination was needed parts replaced which would have to be ordered & no guarantee that would fix the furnace then his suggestion was I needed a $5000 new furnace so also have HPP with my utility Co so had them come how about it was a dirty sensor heat working good I've had this report before about dirty sensor by Mastercraft so why would u guys try to hoodwinked ur cst I will not be using Mastercraft in the future just lost a good customer

We had some issues with our thermostat that was supposedly ‘fixed’. Mastercraft sent Oscar. He did a great job fixing/rewiring, and getting the thermostat work to its full feature capacity. He was patient in explaining what he did and stayed to make sure its all working properly. I must also acknowledge how kind and patient the office people are. Thank you!

I had my second new furnace and AC replaced in February 2019 by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing and in January 2020, I discovered a gooey black substance in my condensation line and asked to have it replaced. My contract warranty stated all parts 10 years and labor 2 years covered by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing. After talking to Shayna and a close review of my problem it was decided I would not have to pay for the repair and it would be covered. This was extremely appreciated by me and I would recommend to my friends and family to call them in the future for any heating, cooling or plumbing repair they need.

After spending a considerable amount of money to have a furnace and AC unit installed, I was disappointed to find something missing from my home. I was asked to lend an item to a worker which I did so graciously, and a few minutes later the worker is seen ON CAMERA re-entering an area that was not authorized for him to enter. Later in the evening I went to find the items that I needed for a project that I was working on and some of the items had been taken, leaving me with very little to work with. I went back on my camera and can see the area which is where the worker was not invited to but was reaching in on a shelf, and it wasn't hard putting two and two together to figure out what happened. The individual obviously helped himself to my items and left me with very little for the project that I was using it for. Be careful of who you let into your home, and watch what they are doing or taking. The items taken were insignificant, however they were mine. I had to go out and purchase more for my own use. If warranty work is needed in the future, I will be skeptical as now I do not trust what individuals from this company would or could take from me. An open door is not an open invitation to help yourself to something that doesn't belong to you.
