North winds recently installed a new furnace for me. My old one was 34 years old. It stopped working and they recommended a new furnace and I agreed.
Everything went so smooth. No stress. They made the whole process seem easy.

We have been having Northwinds Heating & Cooling come out twice a year to make sure that the furnace and A/C unit are functioning at their peak level. We are very pleased with the service we get.

Cody was fantastic, he came out in this crazy weather and was able to get our furnace back up and running. I thought for sure with the weather and so close to the holidays that we would be raked over the coals but Northwind's pricing was fantastic. The front office staff is (as has always been true in the past) pleasant and helpful. The technician (Justin) who came to do our winter checkup answered my various questions about the current status of our equipment and future needs along with the reasons I might want to purchase a small detection device (which I did purchase). North Winds service over the years has been professional, efficient, and punctual - and I have never had reason to consider changing to another service provider.

The North Winds Heating and Cooling technician, Justin, was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what maintenance he planned to do and explained the various costs for having different maintenance levels performed today and in the future. He also checked out the water heater because I expressed concerned about it being quite old. He showed images to me the showed the result of his check of the water heater--lots of rust and sediment--and he recommended it be replaced before it leaks. He also adjusted the furnace to accommodate my concerns. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service of North Winds Heating and Cooling and with their service technician, Justin. I like that it is a locally run business, too.
