They were able to schedule an appointment the day after calling. Jason was so helpful & friendly! He showed us how to do some of the maintenance ourselves & then worked very hard to complete the other maintenance & repairs quickly. We will definitely use this company again!

I used North Winds for my recent replacement of HVAC and AC. I was extremely pleased with the entire process! Nate did an awesome job explaining the proposal options. He was very thorough and made sure to customize the suggestions to my situation. He genuinely cared that this major purchase was right for me. The customer service staff was super prompt and easy to work with for scheduling all services. The install crew (Raymond and Art) were respectful gentlemen and got the job done very efficiently. They explained everything that was done, how the units worked, and what next steps were very clearly. Everyone should be very proud of their work.

Joe, the technician that came to my house was very professional. Very informative. Very nice clean-cut young man. Northwinds has been very responsive to my calls and has always been right on cue with my maintenance service contract. I would recommend them to anyone.

Replace the furnace and a/c. Day one the hot water heater was in the way. Hot water heater was moved and would not relight Day 2 the a/c coil/ valve was leaking. They did not want to replace the valve but replace the whole coil. This week different guys showed up and replaced the valve. Frustrating they could have just done the valve last week. They did send a repair person for the hot water last week he also could not get it to work. He left to fo find a new gas valve and was going to call me with an update. Zero updates from him. I fixed it myself

Had an excellent air conditioning unit check up today with Justin Cunmulaj. He was very professional, answered the many questions that I asked, and gave great guidance on how to maintain and prolong the life of our equipment. Always excellent service from NorthWinds.

Repairman was on time, courteous, and efficient. Water-heater repair (which turned out to be a minor issue but with major consequences) was fully covered by their warranty. NorthWinds gives consistently excellent service.

My water heater went out on the weekend and I needed it replaced asap. Due to bad weather slowing down other work, they were available immediately to come give me a quote, and it was installed within a few hours. The price was higher than I had been expecting, according to what friends had paid elsewhere for theirs a few years ago, but Nate gave me a lot of information and helped me see the value in what I was purchasing, and he helped me keep the costs down as much as possible without compromising quality. The installers were also knowledgeable and professional, and I learned a lot from them all. I was very impressed with their business practices and service, and plan to use them in the future, so they definitely get a 5 star for service.

My furnace went out and Derek and Gavin showed up first thing in the morning, what I thought would be a very expensive fix ended up being extremely affordable! They were professional, kind and empathetic to my anxiety about the entire situation. Not only did they fix that issue, they made an adjustment to the settings for my propane (on the furnace) that will hopefully save me some money on my electric bill so my furnace isn't constantly running. Additionally, they gave me some education on maintaining my furnace for the future which I greatly appreciate (and clearly needed...). I would 100% recommend!
