My mini split AC was not working as well as it has in years past and needed to be deep cleaned. Cody came out and was able to quickly identify all the things that needed maintenance and cleaning. He worked diligently to make sure that I got top quality service for the best possible price. I really appreciated how responsive, knowledgeable and considerate this company was from start to finish. Will be recommending this company in the future and I will be a repeat customer.

North winds has the best customer service and service men. Derek saved us from the heat! After a helpful phone call, Derek arrived after hours exactly when they said he would. Issue was repaired in no time. Give them a chance, you won’t be sorry.

This was my annual air conditioning service. It had been overlooked starting with the COVID service in 2020. Craig was my technician for this service. He was outstanding! He was thorough and professional and friendly. He got everything shipshape and running like a top. I plan to ask for him in the future.

Yesterday my 40 year old water heater failed. I called North Winds and in less than 24 hours they had a team come out and install a brand new one. Derick and Gavin did an amazing job and replaced not only the heater, but also updated several of the valves, fittings, and exhaust system. They were very professional and everything looks really good! I have now used North Winds for my Furnace and water heater, and I plan on using them for all my other home needs. The peace of mind of a job well done is worth it! What makes this company great is that they always pick up the phone and their is no disconnect between their sales and service team. Both sides are very knowledgeable and very professional. I don't think I've worked with a company that I've been more pleased with.
(Update) today 6/20 I had Lon and Art out to replace my AC. They were incredible. Going above and beyond at several points. They were super helpful and answered all my questions. They also were able to accommodate a last minute request!

We are long standing North Winds customers. When our A/C finally failed after a 26 year run, North Winds replaced it for us within a week during one of the hottest weeks of the year with minimal fuss. Their techs, sales people and their front office staff are all wonderful to deal with, and have always been very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

Derek was willing to share information and patient while explaining his assessment of our AC unit…he even cleared a mouse nest and added steel wool to the compressor unit to hopefully discourage mice from taking up residence in the future. Great customer service.
