We switched from an electric range to gas. North Winds installed 80 feet of gas line for our new gas range. The installers did a great job.

There are many things I really appreciate about this company: Someone answers the phone when you call, a huge plus in my book. They are quick at coming out to do estimates, and getting the actual quote back to you. Their sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and prompt. Prices are very competitive, making it easy to support our local businesses. Perhaps one of my favorite things is that the technician doing the work calls when they are on their way and you are sent a picture of them so you know who you are looking for. This makes me feel much more at ease than if I’m blindly waiting for someone in a 4 hour window. All around super responsive and respectful techs. The process was easy even when our project had many facets to it.

Rick found the problem and resolved my AC issue quickly, but beyond that he gave me some helpful information on best practices that I can do to help keep my system running.
