Our AC went out unexpectedly, called North Winds and in less than 24 hours they had Technician Justin at our home and I’m shocked, but he had the part to fix our old AC unit! Justin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable!! We will have a sales person come out and quote us to replace the AC unit. I would highly recommend using them in the future!

Excellent company providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. I accepted proposals from several different companies for installation of a new furnace. Northwinds was not the most expensive and they were not the least expensive. They were, however, the best at answering our questions and giving us confidence in the product the were offering. The employees were all great to work with, from the office staff to sales to the installers. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services of any type.

They came for Two day just for doing diagnosis and still can’t figure it out what’s wrong with our heater. I would not recommend to anyone cause it’s not Guarantee. we paid them to come and do diagnosis yet they don’t know what is the problem, it’s like wasted money for nothing. After few days we called other company they came and look told us all the problems and they fixed in one day lol. I personally I would not recommend this company

They were great! On time, and called when they were on their way. Pretty non intrusive and got it done in one day. The tech went over everything with me and he great and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking.

North Winds is the only place we call for service, repair or replacement of our heating, cooling or water heating systems. Honest and knowledgeable, fair and fast. Don’t waste your time shopping around. You won’t find better quality or prices.
We used them 5 yrs ago for furnace and A/C replacement and again recently for hot water heater repair.

Great business. They came early and got my heat going. Over the weekend were going to have freezing temperatures!! I appreciate how quickly they came & they don't rob you blind when your freezing or frying. They are fair priced.

Installed my furnace about 10 years ago and have had tuneups every year since. Technicians are prompt and very professional. Service contract is very affordable.
