Very responsive! I made initial contact with Northwind online, after hours,
when our furnace went out. Northwind followed up the next morning and confirmed an appointment window for service. The HVAC technician was in touch and showed up on time. The problem was corrected and a filter was replaced in the humidifier. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
