Fast, competent, and fair. Our furnace had been installed several years ago by a previous owner of the home. We called the number on the furnace sticker and Sun had info about the system and it’s service record on file. What a relief to get the AC working with minimal needs.

Very pleased from the very first contact with Sun Services when they installed heating and air system in our new home 10 years ago. Always prompt attention given to our needs and concerns when called with any problems. Technicians are always courteous, arrive on time and fix the problem. A very dependable company with well trained people.

Cullen and Sun Services has always done a thorough and professional check of our heating and air conditioning system. They installed our furnace several years back and we have never had any problems. I routinely recommend Sun Service to friends and family.

We were very pleased with the service from Sun Services in every respect. Their quote was clear and provided prompty. The equipment package, consisting of a furnace replace and addition of central air, was high quality rebate eligible from a brand name manufacturer. They kept in contact with us as our installation team was an route to our home. And the workers were thorough and professional in their work. The day after everything as installed and running, we had a small problem (not Sun's fault) of a defective condensate pump. When I contacted their office, they dispatched a serviceman to address the problem the same day! Our permanent home is in the Chicago area and back there we have been customers of ABT Television and Appliances for over 50 years. We consider ABT to be the gold standard for a family owned firm with a mission of leaving the customer delighted! In our humble opinion, Sun Services, seems well on the way to offering that same high level of satisfaction!

I didn’t know who to call quite honestly. I had used a couple local companies before and they were more interested in selling new AC/ furnace than repairing mine. Brian got right at the problem and fixed it. We had been out of AC for 5 days, every day over 90 degrees and holiday weekend. I had never heard of Sunset. In fact I don’t know how I found them on the internet but I’m glad I did. Technician was fantastic. We will definitely use them again!

I originally contacted an alternate service provider, which was simply a nightmare just to get them to my home after six weeks and multiple cancellations on their part. And when they finally did arrive, wasn’t very confident in the ability, and frankly the honesty, of this provider. And, only dealt with them as they were “preferred” by Sears Home Warranty.

I needed a second opinion from a reputable provider. Sun Service came to mind. They had serviced my HVAC previously and were completely professional and trustworthy. When I called, a provider was at my home within two hours! He was able to service the HVAC, and it operated immediately. Which, the other provider said was IMPOSSIBLE.

Sun Services suggested some other repairs, but did not pressure me at all. The Sun Services provider answered all my questions, and appreciated my need to weigh options of additional repairs to ensure longer life of current unit versus purchasing a new one.

Sun Service was "Johnny on the spot." I called right away at 7am and was able to get an appointment. The technician was friendly and understanding. As a new homeowner, I wasn't made to feel to stupid. The cost was more than reasonable, and I will definitely call on Sun Svs for any future HVAC work needed.

The appointment to fix our air conditioner was promptly made. The service tech was polite and explained everything well. He was able to access the history of prior repairs from before we owned the home, which was helpful.

Returned home from 2 weeks vacation, only to discovered that we had no heat. Called our regular heating maintenance guy, only to find out that he was semi-retired. However, he highly recommended Sun Heating. When I called to set an appointment, I was told the repair person would arrive between 10am and noon; he ACTUALLY arrived 45 minutes earlier (9:15)!!
Nate Marcotte was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He immediately set out to find the least expensive method to resolve the problem; as it turned out, the furnace motor needed replacing. He did inform that the system was aging and that sometime in the distance future I may want to start thinking of replacing our furnace, but in no way did he try to "sell" me on a new system. His immediate goal was to get heat in our home, and THAT he did. I was VERY PLEASED!

Best of the best! We have had Sun Services heating/AC, and now water heater service company for many years . We have found the whole company to be caring, honest, trustworthy ,and very kind! Well worth more than 5 stars.Great, great people. Richard Craig
