The process of a maintenance call turn installation was absolutely amazing. Dylan took his time to explain everything to me along with Jake who was with him. They both did an amazing job. If I’d had not been home when they came I never would’ve known. There was no mess left behind. Very respectful and reliable.

Great service and explanation of products was excellent. The reason for my poor review is the condition my basement was left in after the service shown in my pictures. Fiberglass laying on and left that way after the job was unacceptable. Part of the job is cleaning the job sight. This is my first poor review for this company.

I had my water heater replaced and the old one hauled off. Technician did a great job, and was very friendly and courteous. I would have given Home Comforts a 5 star, except their prices are a little more expensive than other companies. However my usual plumber is too hard to get ahold of, therefore I chose Home Comforts and they did a fabulous job.

Clean, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable on installing. I was happy with service and sent pictures to my dad who recently retired after 40 years as a hvac technician in ohio who was also please with the service.

Mr. Stewart has been in my home at least 3 times now for maintenance and one concern on my AC. He is very professional, friendly and gets the job done in a timely manner. During this visit he recommended I add a device to help filter dust and pet hair to keep if from damaging my furnace. I appreciate his concern for the up keep, which will help my heating and cooling system last longer.

Peter was very thorough and made sure everything was working and nice and clean. He was sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns about my furnace. Very polite. Highly recommended!

We valued how efficient and thorough Jordan, the technician, was with his inspection. Inspection turned out to us needed a new furnace and AC unit, which we had anticipated. We ended up working with Blake, the project manager, who explained to us our options for purchasing. There was no pressure into purchasing the furnace and AC. We did end up purchasing and installation happened the next day. The installers where efficient and thorough with their work. Happy to say our house is up and running. Can't want to see how well our house heats and cools down this year. So far, we are happy with working with Home Comfort Experts.

We are very, very satisfied with the technical service Chris provided us today. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, Chris is quite a credit to his profession. He showed us and told us many things about our system as he performed extensive cleaning and testing far beyond our expectations. Rarely have we experienced this level of professional courtesy with clear communication. Chis represents Home Comfort with the highest standards. He stayed even later to install for us our new air cleaner and scheduled our duct cleaning service. Thank you Chris! Your expertise is so greatly appreciated!

Our thoughts of Aaron & Dan of who did the installation of furnace and air conditioner, did a fabulous job! They both were very knowledgeable and adept of what they need ed to do, as well as being friendly and astute in answering any of our questions! We would highly recommend these guys! Also , the same can be said for Adam who visited with us in helping to find the most beneficial and appropriate heating/cooling units for our home. I recently purchased the membership from Home Comfort Experts and they quickly (next day) got my furnace check up completed. While our technician was only working on our furnace, he did an excellent job of telling us how to maintain our system in between visits. He looked at our AC unit as well and recommended a quote for replacement (ours is extremely old). While no one wants to spend money on an expensive AC unit, both our technician and the project manager (that came within the hour!) were realistic and non-pushy about a purchase. We ultimately went with a great unit option, which they are installing this Saturday! I am thrilled with the customer service, the little touches in their system to track the technician's time frame until arrival, and the education about the upkeep of our units. Both the technician and the project manager were excellent and I would recommend this company and those employees in a heartbeat. Thank you!
