Ace Heating and Air Conditioning

I have used Ace for AC service in the past few years, and also furnace repair. They were always prompt, fairly priced, and easy to deal with. We decided to replace our 20yr old hvac system last year, and dealing with the owner Tim was great. No pressure, just open conversation. The new system install was quick and professional. And price was great, I didn't bother with other estimates after getting it.. There was an issue where the newer AC quit cooling, and the owner came out himself on short notice and replaced a capacitor that had failed (a very rare occurrence). They even installed a smart thermostat that I had purchased. Recommended 100%!

We had Ace install 4 mini splits in our home. Tim provided us a great quote and was very knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time answering all of our questions. They were able to come out the next week for the installation and all of the technicians were friendly and professional. Our mini splits work great! Thank you for the great service!

From start to finish these guys were very responsive and professional! I messaged for general pricing on repairs, and ended up having a tech named David come out and diagnose my AC system. He was fantastic and helped me understand what was going on with my system. I would recommend them 100%

I hired Ace Heating and Air Conditioning to come do routine cleaning and maintenance on my furnace since I had just purchased my home not long before the appointment. Turns out while testing to make sure everything was operating right my thermostat went out, and they were able to replace it with a much better one than I had in the first place.

Tim was very patient with me while he discussed what options I had, and I was so relieved he was able to handle everything in one trip!

Came out to house January 31, 2019 on time on record breaking cold day in Niles, MI when no one else was available luckily they came same day on time fixed the problem and cleaned the flame sensor when I mentioned it after he fixed the other problem and furnace he already had it back up and running. Nice, knowledgable, and professional service technician, I would recommend and will use again if needed, also was least costly of any of the additional 5 or so other places I also contacted who were booked until at least 2 days later and it literally was --20F outside and down to 50 inside with space heaters cranked up full blast. Ace+ service very satisfied customer. 😀

Called around noon on a Friday and got the 2-4pm time block. The service guy was on time and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the furnace issue and actually drove almost an hour to get the part then drive an hour back and worked on the furnace until it was done. All of this on a Friday evening. I would definitely recommend.

Hired Ace to replace two A/Cs and Furnaces in my house. He came the next day to quote and installed the following week. Price was very competitive. I would highly recommend them again!

Came out last fall after my furnace stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed before the house felt chilly. Great quality and great pricing. Highly recommend.

This business has posted ’no parking’ signs that threaten towing along the road next to their building. Unfortunately most don't realize that it is illegal to tow a legally parked car from a public roadway. Since the signs are not placed by the City of Niles, it is completely legal to park along the road where the signs placed by this company have been erected.
A company who attempts to fool people using scare tactics is not a company that I would trust to do any work on my home they obviously have no qualms about being dishonest which isn't a quality that I look for in a business, especially one doing work that can run into thousands of dollars on my home or business.
