Jace was on time and greeted me with a smile and how are you today. He repaired my bathroom facet and showed me the cartridge he had to replace. He also at my request looked at my kitchen faucet and gave me a quote. I will be calling HOME back for the kitchen faucet to be installed. I am very pleased !

Alex did a great job, was quick, thorough and efficient. But I was
unhappy with the cost. i've subscribed to home comfort for several years. home comfort supplied and
installed our furnace and air conditioning. HC performs all of our annual hearing and air services. When Alex provided me a quote for the services performed, i didn’t look at it. I assumed with all the services HC has provided us over the years, I just assumed it would be fair. I understand that is my fault. I am confident i could have received the same work and paid no more than Half of what I was charged. I was charged 470 for work that took at most 1 hour and 30
Minutes to perform. We supplied the materials. He performed the work quoted and charged me the amount quoted. Obviously my mistake, but not a mistake I will make again.

This gentleman was very knowledgeable explaining to me in detail what needed to be done. He also brought to my attention other repairs I might need, water leaking behind shower. Interesting I have had 2 other plumbers out in the past and they said nothing about the diameter of the pipe leading to sump pump/water softener. He also cleaned up mess/vacuuming afterwards.

Complete softener installed. Jhoze was just wonderful. A sincere christian man.

Kenneth was sooo great in making me happy . He did everything to set things right with Home Comfort and I appreciated all he did. He showed me parts that may cause problems with my furnace and may need replacing soon.. you need more techs like him. Thank you Kenneth!
