I bought a special order toilet seat, unfortunately one the the bolts was damaged. I called Home Comfort - the two technicians who came were very competent, courteous and efficient. I have used Home Comfort for years, I would never go to any other plumbing, heating and air conditioner firm. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service, great at getting us in and fast quoting. Definitely will forever be using them. They looked at our issue and had it solved with in a couple days. We need a new furnace and water heater and AC unit and had it installed in about 5 hours.

About a year ago this company offered me a good deal to install new furnace and AC in my home. I accepted and there was a couple of issues on installation. Home Comfort resolved the problem immediately to my satisfaction free of charge. I am very picky and I very familiar with home construction.
Today the technician, Chris, did the first year checkup and maintenance.
I was nosy. He freely explained his duties and spotted an issue that was immediately resolved in a professional manner. Im not perfect and I really appreciate when a company goes above and beyond to be responsible to deliver high quality service. I give Home Comfort Experts an A+.

Nate did a great job figuring out why our furnace quit heating during a particularly cold weekend. Not only did he restore heat to our frigid home, but he explained the problem, his solution and benefits of becoming a Club member. Also, he came back another day, to explain it all over again to my husband, who was not home when Nate came the first time.
