Scott A Wilson Heating & AC

I bought my son a new thermostat for Christmas. The day after Christmas I went to his house in Niles Mi to put the new one in. So I took off the old old one and found the wires needed were not in the wall. So I tried putting the old one back on the wall and when I did it did not work. Now It is Saturday night day after Christmas and nothing is open to come fix it for me. So I called Scott A Wilson radio 24 hour service for Heating and Cooling. Scott answered the phone and I explained everything. He told me he was out of town and could not come. However, he said he would walk me through putting the new thermostat in and how to hook it up over the phone. So he told me what to do and how to do it. I install the new one and it worked. My grandkids had heat again.

I am so thankful and he was such a nice guy with a lot of patience. And because it was Christmas he said I didn’t owe a thing. Can you believe it. I would recommend Scott and his business to everyone. You don’t find business people like Scott very often. He treated me great. Thanks again Scott. Merry Christmas.

We have had Scott as our heat / ac company for years. We like that he is a locally owned small business that we can support in our community. We are always happy with his service. We had our AC completely go out and need replacing durning this awful 90 plus degree weather. My husband has health issues and the heat is not good for him. Scott was working on the 4th for his comfort club members cleaning ac units. We are one of his members but I know even if we were not he would have still done our install on July 4th. He hadn’t made appointments yet so he said he would do our new AC install instead.
We are so thankful that we have been able to work with Scott Wilson all these years. Not only is he someone we use for a needed service we have welcomed him into our lives as a friend and are always happy to see him.

Scott is very professional, personable and is a pleasure to work with! He installed both my new furance and air conditioning unit two years ago. During that time I also enrolled in the maintenance program which helps ensure my new equipment is working efficiently. He stopped by just a few days ago and switched out the filter and did whatever maintenance needed to be done. He truely cares for his clients!

I had them come out and install a new air conditioning unit. The team was very professional and the work they did was outstanding, highly recommended. Very pleased with the price. Scott Wilson heating goes above and beyond to give great service year after year!! Last night in sub zero weather our furnace quit working, thankfully we figured it out before the house got super cold. My husband called around 9:30pm to leave a message and Scott himself called back and said I will come now, needless to say he came out fixed our furnace and remembered details about our kids from years prior. Scott Wilson did an excellent job replacing a part on my air conditioner. He was honest and explained what the issue was. He has done this for a long time and knows his stuff. I highly recommend his services!

8 - 10 years ago Scott replaced my air conditioner and furnace and upgraded both components to the more energy efficient versions. The price and service was totally fair from my viewpoint and the quality was equal to my expectations which rarely happens for me. Over the years on an annual basis Scott or one of his technicians would arrive to service the furnace and air conditioner. They were / are always courteous and on time. They clean-up after themselves and their fee is reasonable. They don't try to sell you items that you don't need like many HVAC company's do. I'm always quick to refer this company to my friends and acquaintances who need someone who is dependable and reliable.
