AirLux did an amazing job! With these hot temperatures and our air not working they were able to get the job done. AirLux sent great technicians that were able to solve the problem within minutes. I can not believe or express how great the service was that I received from AirLux. I will NEVER call anyone else. I own an old home and my furnaces blower motor went out. They didn’t try to talk me into a new furnace, but were honest in how much it would cost to replace and recommend replacing the furnace due to it being 29 years old and more parts were likely to go out. I decided to go with an entirely new system and install central air for the first time in the house’s life. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. They forgot nothing and went above and beyond to make us happy. We also had duct cleaning done and the service was quick and professional. After the installation they were servicing the water heater only to find out how limed up the system was. We decided to replace that too and they were so quick and professional to get it done. The entire crew did such an amazing job in all the time they spent in our home. Forever grateful.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring AirLux Heating and Cooling to install a mini split HVAC system in our home, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. AirLux went above and beyond for our family. At first we thought we just needed a new air conditioner but during our estimate, Nate showed us a crack in our furnace we didn’t know was there! He took the time to explain each step and what everything he spoke of meant. When it came time to get the job done, they were fast, on time (even texted when they were on their way) efficient, and kept our home clean with drop cloths covering their working area. They went beyond our expectations by even replacing our dryer vent with a hard one and good thing they did because upon removal they discovered it was nearly fully clogged! (Scary!) we are very great full for the service we received and would use them again in a heart beat.

We contacted Nate to set up an appointment for furnace maintenance. My husband and he kept missing connecting, but Nate never gave up and finally contacted him on a weekend and set up a convenient appointment. We were updated by text about when our tech, Addison, would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (and, of course, courteous with the booties) advising Larry what he was doing. He also gave him advice for installing a water trap to help with the excess water condensation from the furnace that was very helpful and some tips on our smart thermostat. We were extremely pleased and signed up for their Maintenance Contract.

We are so thankful for Nate, and Addison at AirLux for getting our home safe again ! Highly recommend if you are in need of any HVAC services. We had a carbon monoxide leak and they came the next morning , diagnosed the problem and got to work quickly with a whole new system. We were back up and running the very next day. Couldn't have went any better! Thanks again guys!

TLDR: AirLux is dishonest, seek a second opinion on anything they say.

We moved into our house a couple years ago and the AC was very weak. We called AirLux and they sent a tech out. We paid a couple hundred bucks for a standard tune-up and a cleaning of the outdoor portion of our system. Our system died a week later. They came out again to diagnose and told us it couldn't be repaired and we needed a new AC system. We called another company for a second opinion and they were able to repair it for $80 and it has worked fine since then. All we needed was a new capacitor. We didn't contact anyone from AirLux about this. A while later an AirLux sales person started calling saying our furnace was old and probably had a gas leak and we should buy a new furnace and AC. We have several detectors around the house that never registered a leak, and the previous owners HVAC guy documented replacing the parts they said were old only a few years before this. Our new HVAC guy also confirmed there was no reason to believe we might develop a leak. The last call I received was the sales guy saying he was going to lock us out of our furnace when they came in the fall for the tune-up I'd prepaid for. I cancelled that appointment. They made a couple hundred bucks off me, but I avoided much worse by getting a second opinion. They were pushing for something around 20k to replace a system that didn't need replaced.

Had AC capacitor and Hard start kit put on our system. Jim was efficient, polite, and I was even impressed by the little “slippers” he put on before entering our home. He removed them to work outside, but put them back on when he came back in. Very professional!

A motor in our heater was going out during a week of very low temperatures. We were scheduled quickly and kept updated regarding the technicians arrival. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He wore shoe covers to protect our floors. Highly recommend.
