I gave one star because of poor customer service , poor quality work, and unwilling to accept responsibility for negligence.

Air Lux serviced two of my properties on January 26, 2023. When the serviceman arrived at the property, one half of the house was cold so he assumed that the problem was with the thermostat and changed the battery

Nate informed me that instead of doing that the service person should have done a thorough diagnostic and changed me for it instead of just changing the battery. I agree.
He was there to do a maintenance check. What is the purpose of him being paid to service the furnace if he was not going to do the investigation and determine what was the cause then inform the client so that the problem could be remedied. I have three properties that I entrusted to this company!
I scheduled an appointment for the company to send someone out to look at the furnace this morning to figure out the problem. Since the last visit was less than a month ago and a return visit was free according to the company policy as shared by one of their workers, I asked that the not charge me.
Nate was extremely disrespectful in lecturing me instead of listening to me. He wanted to make sure he secured the $79 or he would cancel the serviceman He indicated several times that I was wasting his time so I ended the conversation
I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone if I were sure that they were going to come, diagnose the problem, and do the repairs, I would gladly pay for it. No one deserves to be treated in this manner. This is very dad.

Jim was very professional and provided excellent information about our system and before and after photos of the work he did. An honest and outstanding company. Thank you!

New to the area, called a few people to come out w/no luck contacted AirLux as an old sticker was on the equipment from previous owner. I spoke to 3 people all of them were FRIENDLY professional, and helpful. Explaining what NEEDED to be done vs just looking to make money. Communication was a 10/10, will continue to use for our business needs in the future!

AirLux was awesome, the technician did a great job servicing my HVAC system. I would recommend this company to any looking for a go to HVAC service and installation provider.

I needed a chimney liner. I told them that it was urgent. They called right away. I explained my problem and they said they would be over in a few hours. They actually called and came earlier than I expected. Work was done immediately and at a reasonable price and they are local. First class business.

We decided to get ahead of winter, so we scheduled a furnace inspection. Boy I’m glad we did. Our igniter was reading way off, was cracked and one of the capacitors had been previously replaced. The tech found it was not not secured properly by the last company that serviced it, causing it to rust. The serviceman Jim was knowledgeable and tested both items in front of us and let us decide if we wanted to replace them. He also gave me the option to purchase their annual plan, which saved me money on replacing the parts. I couldn’t be happier with the company and service. From the initial call to Shawn, who scheduled my appointment to the updated on arrival time and to completion, pure professionalism! Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Very professional and courteous with my nervous wife. We couldn’t have asked for a better repair man and I am very happy with the work that he did!
