As usual your repairmen was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and how he explained things to me. There was nothing he could really do and advised me to talk to someone else. I always trust Sun Services to be honest and accurate. I wish he could have taken the job to replace my furnace. I talked with one of your techs last year and he quoted me a fair price.

I am appreciative of the response time in order to get us heat. The service technician was Matt, he explained everything to me so that i could understand it and was quick with his diagnosis and delivered and installed new part quickly. Clean, efficient and quick response before our zero temperatures arrive thursday. My highest recommendation to Sun Services Inc.

I called on a Sunday to report service needed and low and behold I got a human to answer the phone!! I was very pleased and excited to get next day service 1st thing Monday Morning. My furnace needed assistance and the young man that came to perform the service was very nice and knowledgeable about his job. I then experienced another issue very next day and they came out again and repaired the problem. Thank you Sun Services for your great work!

As with all my prior experiences, Sun Services has always sent an experienced and capable service tech for my annual maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems. Arriving right on time today, the tech was very professional and polite - representing Sun Services very well.

My existing furnace and A/C unit were 30 years old and tired. I called several other HVAC contractors for quotes and reached out to Sun Services. Brian came out, gave recommendations on what would be a good fit for me, and walked through the installation process. The estimate was straightforward and a reasonable price. The two technicians that did the installation were friendly, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

For the third time in 3 years we had called Sun services to send out a text to repair our quickly aging unit. For the third time in the last 3 years, we had yet another great experience with sun Services employees. They arrive on time, they do a great job, they are always very professional but also friendly, and honestly all three texts that we've had in our home have really solidified why we choose sunservices every time. I'm never sold anything extra over what we absolutely need, which is very appreciated especially in front of my children. Every time we've had a tech come in, they have treated my children with just as much respect as they have with me and my husband. I can't say enough positive things about our experiences with this company!

This is a 5 star company! From the first visit (estimate), arrival, the install, testing, clean up and exit, this was an enjoyable experience!

The crew arrived on time as planned. There were 4 associates onsite (Matt, Nate, John & Nick) to complete the removable of old equipment and install new equipment. All associates were neat and clean in their presentation. All were pleasant and greeted us with positive personalities upon arrival. All got to work right away, had all the equipment needed - even the interior of the trucks were well organized and tidy. We stayed out of their way so they could work but we could hear them. They got along, were positive in how they communicated with one another, worked as a team and they sounded like they enjoyed the work!

Throughout the day all associates kept us updated and gave us pertinent information about the equipment, how to use it, what to expect and how to reach them if there was a concern.

The end of the visit was equally as positive as all associates cleaned up the mess and left us with minimal clean up - we only had to wash the floor which was expected. They grouped together to thank us for our business and we thanked them for a positive experience.

The owners are pleasant and easy to work with. We took the time to call the owners to let them know just how impressed we are with the entire experience and will refer their business whenever we have the opportunity.

Love their service. Their service men are very courteous and they make sure everything is cleaned up when they are finished with the job.

Sun Services was great to work with from start to finish. They came out quickly to give a quote. Received the quote while they were still at my home. They went over all the details and options so I was completely informed. Scheduling was quick. The technicians were great. Very friendly and informative. They installed everything and left everything nice and clean. Went over all that they did and what warranties there are. Sun Services offered a great product at a great price with outstanding service. I highly recommend them. So nice to find a company that still cares about customer service.
