Had another great experience with sun services today! This time Cullen came out in response to a call regarding a loud clunking noise coming from the furnace. He explained the possible causes, found the issue and fixed it. Couldn’t of been more thorough and courteous. Another great guy from a great company! 5 out of 5!

Just had one of their guys come out named Brian I believe. He couldnt of been faster and more considerate of our needs. Will use sun services again in the future!

We called 10:30 am (burned out motor) and Sun Services were able to fit us in during a heat wave-----came out 4:30 pm, same afternoon! Jake, our technician, was very professional and efficient---had us up and running in short order. We are totally pleased:-)

We've been in our new home for over 18 months now. Sun Services did the original system install for the builder we bought the house from, and having spent 34 years in the residential construction industry myself, we were impressed with the installation when we first toured the home.
The system as a whole has functioned extremely well, and along with being in a well insulated home, it has been wonderfully economical to operate, and easy to maintain.
Last winter, we had Sun Services install a humidifier, and today we had them replace the thermostat provided by the air handler manufacturer, with a user friendly wi-fi thermostat. (I can't wait to get started with it.)

My comments here, are intended to highlight the service aspect of Sun Services. Their technician today, Cullen, did an excellent job with this simple install. Though today's task was a simple one, Cullen took no fewer precautions regarding cleanliness, neatness, and carefulness, than any of Sun's techs have to date, with more complex or time consuming assignments. As well, Cullen and every tech we've had in our home for spring and fall services or contracted work, have been personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and representative of a company anyone would enjoy having or inviting into your home!
Each time I have called Sun Services, they have answered the phone, directed me to someone who could answer my technical questions, or helped me schedule an appointment without delay or call back. They confirm their appointments, keep their appointments, and call when they're on their way.
My wife and I are grateful to be associated with this excellent company! If you're not satisfied with your present HVAC company, I believe you would benefit from giving Sun Services your business!

Just like our service tech in the summer, this gentleman was knowledgeable and informative doing our fall winter service. Well mannered, timely and efficient. Glad our builder chose your company to install our system and glad we retined you for our service needs!!

Jake did an excellent job. He arrived around 9:30 on Monday morning, put on his shoe protectors and preceded to find the problem. He ordered the draft inducer motor assembly. He went to pick it up & returned later to install it. I was very happy that he took immediate action to get the part. Everything seems to be working fine. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Fair price and got to me quick to install a central AC and tankless water heater. The installers, Christian and Jordan, were friendly and professional and kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend Sun Services and would use them again.
