It is a rarity in today’s times to find great honest people. Sun services and their employees are amazing. We have used them for two new ac/heat in our homes and for all our service. We o oh use them for our service as well. They are AlWAYS on time and go above and beyond. I recommended them to my sister when her a/c went out and she purchased a new unit from them and couldn’t be happier. We will only use Sun Services. There is not enough words to express how wonderful they are! Thank you to all at Sun Services!

Highly recommend this company! Service is top notch. I feel educated about what service they need to provide and never feel like they are trying to upsell me. They are very responsive and even have a message that tells you how far away your technician is. 10/10 would recommend for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Matt was friendly and considerate. Explained everything that he did regarding checking my AC unit. I appreciate that he checked with me every step of the way, as some parts needed to be replaced.

Matt and Jon came out to install our new AC unit. They were pleasant, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Also need to recognize Brian for his initial service visit, keeping us informed of what the problem was and getting it fixed quickly. We will definitely continue to use Sun Services for our heating and cooling needs.

Last night my AC went out- woke up to an 82 degree temp and was not a happy camper. I called Sun Services right at 7am, Jamie picked up the phone and got me booked between 10am-12pm. I was shook- couldn’t believe I was getting an appt the same day! Anywho, Jamie was personable and professional. Nate, the tech, arrived a wee bit early- which, had I been home I would have been thrilled, but a girl’s gotta work so my papaw was en route. Nate guided me thru the repair process and I love that- I like to know the ins and outs. Nate was on time, professional and got the work done within the hour. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
