Happy with the service. Repair tech was on time, quick to ask questions and provide a summary of the work and what he needed. I had to leave for work so the tech locked up on his way out. Most of the required work was outside but my house was left in the condition he came in, with a few lights left on. Would use this company again if I had another AC issue.

We were in a bind and needed assistance quickly. Sun Services came to our rescue by getting to our job and completing it to the inspector’s approval in two days! I would recommend them and will contact them for any future work we have!

I called Sun Services on Sunday night and they came to my home bright and early on Monday morning. They had it fixed in the matter of minutes and my heat was back on. Fast and reliable!

We needed to convert from a very old oil boiler to a new propane boiler. They did a very good job. It was a very dirty job, but the guys at Suns Services cleaned up after they finished, which goes a long way.

Very professional and competent, and we would certainly use them again.

I hired them to get my broken furnace replaced. So far I'm quite happy with the service. They are one of the few companies who would be willing to provide ballpark figure (pretty accurate) over the phone, which is quite competitive. They also provided for free a few space heaters for me to use before they can come and get the job done. Will come back and update the post on the quality of service afterwards.

Update: The work was done quite efficiently. I had a question the next day about the installation and Brian sent a guy over on the same day to address it. Pretty happy with the service overall.

Sun services is a great company. They came immediately out on a weekend and serviced our furnace. We have been very happy using them over the past few years and often recommend them to friends and family.

Good company. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They installed a new furnace and AC two years ago. Install went well. Had a few minor issues (nothing pertaining to the operation of equipment) and all were resolved promptly. They included two years of biannual checkups (2 spring and 2 winter) so I have had staff to my house four times now. They are always willing to answer any questions I have. They seem to be a company that's NOT just interested in the sale but the service thereafter and a good name. This is refreshing in the day and age in which we live. I would recommend this company.

Brian came over today for our annual inspection. He was on time, professional and friendly. He explained what he did, and made sure I didn't have any questions. Best of all there was no charge for the inspection and new filter as part of our furnace purchase last October.

We are 100% satisfied with everyone at Sun Services! From Kullen, who came out and gave us options on furnaces...with very competative pricing with great warranties! To, today, with Jon and Dave installing our new unit. They were on time, very friendly and professional. They not only installed a new furnace with a humidifier, they removed our old unit and ran water lines for the humidifier AND they cleaned up after themselves. They walked us thru the operations of all the units and the new thermostat before leaving and explained the service plan that was included with purchase. We will definitely use them in the future!
