Had an A/C unit installed and everything went smooth and without a hitch. All members of the Comfort 1 team I dealt with were friendly and professional. The installers were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend and use Comfort 1 again.

Worst HVAC hacks EVER! The only reason I used them is because the home warranty I have called these bozos. They had to make two trips to get the problem solved. Each trip cost me $$ because they told the home warranty company it was a different issue. Yes, different issue within a week! It gets better, the motor they replaced was not designed for my system. The tech/hack drilled mounting holes into it so that it would work, at least until he left. When I finally had time to check the system out myself is when I realized what a poor job this crook did. The wiring seemed correct but when I checked the full functions of the system there was another problem. The low speed on the motor was not working. This is the speed the fan runs at when you are on heat mode. That must have been planned, guaranteed return business maybe this fall? Anywho, I highly recommend anyone else. Last complaint, the techs personalty was that of dry white toast. Asked a few questions and he acted as if he didn't have time to answer me but had time to sit in his van for about an hour before the final paper work needed to be signed. Poor customer service.

I work with HVAC guys frequently being on of the largest insurance agency owners in mid-Michigan. I can tell you these guys were hands down a great company to work with.

They met every expectation one would have and did an incredible job. They put in the Waterfurnace 7 Series, which is a rather complicated furnace and they had the expertise to do it right.

After the install, they have, at my request come out a handful of times to make a few programming adjustments. They have done this with complete professionalism and no hesitation.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!!

Zachary from AireServ just performed out annual furnace tune-up. He was very professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. In addition to the tune-up he diagnosed our intermittent furnace ignition problem and corrected that as part of the tune-up. We sought recommendations for an HVAC company because our provider for the last 25 years, Aire Flo, ceased operation. Several people recommended AireServ and we are thankful we chose them !

The technician came to fix our furnace. He answered so many questions while making repairs. Didn't recommend anything that didn't need to be done. Everyone was pleasant and nice to talk to. When it comes time for any other repairs I know who I am calling

I made an appointment for a furnace tune up, took the afternoon off to be available and Comfort One never showed up or called. I called to reschedule, understanding stuff happens, schedule another appointment because they supposedly had no record of the original appointment. Once again, they no show no call. I won't be calling back. Wish I could send them a bill for lost wages.

Found ourselves without heat one cold Saturday morning. When 3 other heating repair companies wouldn't timely return a call for service (6 hours in one case), Aire Serv took the call, routed it to a service tech and we had heat back on in our home in very short order. When we have our central air system installed, Aire Serv is the only call we will make.

I had just bought this house and then the furnace took a dump :(

I was worried that I would be taken advantage of because I'm a woman; that didn't happen at all! I was so pleased with the work and the price.
Marc was personable and polite. He explained what was wrong and fixed it without delay.
I am definitely having them be my "go-to" for any issues with my eating or cooling.
He also gave me some helpful hints and handy tips about cleaning the duct work, and changing the filter, in order to keep my furnace running efficiently and maintain longevity.

We had our air conditioner and furnace installed back in July of this year, and I've got say, we've had the worst experience ever with this company. Not only were the people who came to do the work incredibly unprofessional, playing loud (inappropriate) music in our basement while installing, they were 6 hours late to the first install day, ripped the screen on our front porch window - which they did replace, but neglected to even put back in - they scuffed our floors at the entryway to our basement which I then had to buff out, AND to make matters worse, they didn't even submit our rebate to Consumer's Energy until almost 9 weeks AFTER the installation. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if it were a small amount of money, but it was for $650. That means a lot to us. :/ Overall, I'm just really disappointed we selected them for this project. I do absolutely love our furnace and air conditioner though. :)
