We've trusted Randy and his team at Clark Lake Heating & AC since 2011 and have had Wonderful Customer Service each time! We wanted to give a Big Shout Out today for giving us "same day service" when we know they're busy with calls in this heat. Thank you to Ryan for getting us cooled off and happy once again and to Randy who kept us posted on their ETA--Would Highly Recommend!

Our furnace began to demonstrate issues with its inducer motor late yesterday. We were referred to Clark Lake Heating and Cooling by another contractor. Randy was out quickly, diagnosed the issue in a very short time and had it fixed quickly. He was personal and professional. Highly, highly recommended!!

A follow up to my previous post.

The furnace that Randy emergently repaired five weeks ago was on its last legs having served the three owners of our house well for 28 years. Randy was thoroughly professional guiding us through the replacement process not only for the furnace but also for its 28-year-old cousin air conditioning unit. On the day of installation, Randy and his crew of Chris, Ryan, and Cody had the old units removed and the new ones installed within six hours. Cleanup of the work area was immaculate.

This is a great group of professionals to utilize when or if you need HVAC work. Highly, highly recommended . . .

Randy and his crew are great! Our heat went out the same day we brought home our newborn and Randy came out and came up with a plan and had our house warm again extremely fast. I will always recommend them and if I every need anything again these are the guys I will be calling.

After going down a list of numbers to call for Hvac/ac repair on a Sunday afternoon (because another provider told me anyone who does this can help with a pilot light on my hot water heater) Randy was the first one to answer that wasn’t going to charge a $100 after hour fee! He mentioned he was heading south at the moment but was looking to offer a helpful name to call for someone in my area (how kind!!). I told him that I had tried already from what I could read on the instructions on my hot water heater, and 10 minutes later he successfully walked me through how to light my own pilot (sent him a picture of the knobs and all when I was getting confused)! This means a lot to me, a female who knows nothing about appliances or repairing them and who still had an entire day of laundry left and was looking forward to warm shower at the end of it all!

We’ve scheduled a time for him to come and do additional repairs and Im so looking forward to using a small business in my hometown who Has provided exceptional service without even getting paid for it!

Flawless Experience, Great Work! I had a new boiler installed and the entire experience was great! The team worked efficiently and came back until everything was perfect. I will definitely go back for all of my heating and cooling needs!
