Aire Serv of Southern Michigan

Called Airserve yesterday to fix my 2 year old air conditioning system a few days ago. Their technician Zachary resonded later in the day and discovered the systems coil had leaked. A new coil had to be ordered from the manufacturer which unfortunately took a couple of days. Last evening Zachary returned late in the afternoon and very professionally, replaced the coil and put our system back into service. Was quite a relief knowing the system was whole again and working like a champ. Thank you to all the AirServe Staff for jumping through hoops getting the new coil and restoring the almost new system back to new.
Thankfully the coil was under warranty which would of cost a few hundred dollars to replace. Owner Mike Kyser called to say he would wave all labor charges even though our signed contract gave us only 1 year of coverage regarding labor. Mike also stated in our conversation that he had contacted the coil manufacturer to better understand why the coil failed after only 2 seasons. Hopefully the manufacturer shores up their quality control process to ensure a better product.
Thank you everyone, thank you Zachary for a job well done. Our crawl space actually looked better than it did before he arrived. Oh, one more thing, Zachary discovered a very small leak in a pvc pipe unrelated to the repair and showed the problem to me. I will get right on that today.

This isn't the first time that I've had Aire Serv come to my home. They're trained professionals show up on time and they're completely ready to perform the work when they get there. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great. I don't like that they charge a "courier fee" of $45 to go pick up a part that was needed and didn't have in the truck. A part that was installed by Aire Serv last year and was still under warranty. Other than that I would recommend them to others.

I had a new furnace installed by Mike and Larry (Eric) they did amazing and were very careful in the small area they had to work with. Both were very polite and got such a big job ( at least for me ) done quick and clean. Definitely will recommend Aireserv for friends and family.

We recently had a central air unit installed and Airserv from topped to bottom were amazing, everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and honest about everything, Mike Cummins and Bryan Schipol did our install and were awesome, very professional and very knowledgeable...they went above and beyond, they went through and showed me everything and explained everything to me! Highly recommended!

As always, Mike and his staff to the rescue! Every single time we need them, they call us back right way, find a solution to the problem and get here speedy quick so that we NEVER have to be too hot or too cold. Thank you for always taking such good care of us, we are grateful for such wonderful service and help. We always seem to need you guys after hours or on the weekend and you ALWAYS take care of things for us right away!
