Aire Serv of Southern Michigan

My wife and I just had a new furnace and air-conditioning unit installed by Aire Serv. The two installers, Mike C and Eric H, were great. Aire Serv even sent us an email with the scheduled appointment time and a photo of Mike so we knew who would be knocking at the door. Mike and Eric arrived on time (09:00) and by about 3:00 PM the old units had been removed and the new units were installed. They cleaned the areas they were working leaving it as they found it. The furnace is working great and we are very happy with how the installation went. I highly recommend these installers.

Aire Serv, called Comfort One at the time, had installed the original furnace and AC units which gave us 20+ years of service. The service reps when needed are also great and have done a number of furnace inspections for us so we knew if any problems needed to be addressed. There price was very competitive and the price quoted is what we paid. No surprises. This is a great company and I recommend them highly.

Mike was very professional and thorough. He installed our furnace and air conditioner unit quickly. He also found a shorted wire in our wiring for the thermostat and replace it. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a heating and air conditioning company.

Mike and Brian first installed our furnace, they were so professional and nice we had them back to do our conversion from propane to natural gas. Then we decided to have them back to do our new air conditioner. We really enjoy this company so much we are going to have them back to do our hot water heater. I’m going to Recommend them to everyone. And if we ever need anything in the future I Will be sure to call them first!!

I would recommend them to anyone needing help the an AC or furnace. My family need to have our AC replaced and they were able to quote the best in Jackson. They are very nice and are willing to work with you. If you need AC or furnace repair or placement call them.

I had a great experience dealing with Ron when it came time to replace my failing furnace. He listen, gave me options and offered a fair price on a quality product. When it came time to install the new unit, Mike and Derick did a GREAT job. Very friendly, time efficient and knowledgeable.
Mike took the time to go over the operation of the unit and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend using there services.

The service man Zach was excellent. He was friendly, explained what and why he was diagnosed wires in the furnace. Very down to earth person. I would use Aire Serv again because they returned my call in a timely manner. I tried 2 other local furnace repair companies and I still haven't heard from them.

I searched "heating and cooling near me" and found Aire Serv. I called them to set up an appointment to look at our gas fireplace that we haven't used and hasn't been working to our knowledge since we bought the house 2.5 years ago. They sent someone out the next day. Allen showed up toward the end of the scheduled block of time. I got an email ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Allen was very professional, very friendly and very helpful! I knew nothing about the fireplace unit and he had no problem taking the time to explain several things to me about how it worked and even let me know about some additional accessories that are available for remote control, etc.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I appreciate the work done!

I just had a new furnace installed by Mike and Eric from Aire Serv. These guys were great! Very professional and courteous. My old furnace was original to the house, and definitely needed to be replaced. Mike and Eric worked hard and got the new furnace installed quickly. I am so excited to have heat again, especially now that the temps are dropping! Thank you Aire Serv for fitting me into your busy schedule this time of year, and thank you Mike and Eric! I definitely recommend!!!
