Aire Serv of Southern Michigan

The good news is that Aire Serv gave me exceptionally prompt same day service when I had three separate problems. The bad news is the problems were all on a gas fired hot water heating system that they installed just 4 1/2 years ago. Two of the problems were the same in that two of the three zone valves failed. I have over $1300 in repairs on a relatively new system. Prices of the zone valves seemed incredibly expensive.

All this being said, everyone was courteous and communication was exceptional.

Very friendly kept us informed about arrival time . went out of their way to service AC before holiday weekend n gave us options not just most expensive repair .Always our first call even though we pay a couple dollars more cause they r out of Jackson ..Theyre prices r reasonable n fair n they're work is topline .

I recently had Aire-Serv install some additional supply ducts in my basement and also had them repair the return air intake in the attic. Zach, the estimator was very friendly and helpful. Aire-Serv's bid was in the middle of the range of the 3 bids I got for the work, and I chose to go with Aire-Serv because they took their time making sure they understood what I needed, and suggested some helpful things for the install the other 2 companies did not like an additional return air intake in the basement (I went along with Zach's suggestions). Mike and Bryan the sheet metal installers were on time, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process, and the work they did was extremely clean and looked great. All in all I think Aire-Serv does things the right way and I am happy I gave them my business. I'll definitely be calling on them again.

Scott was professional, friendly, and thorough! He showed me before and after videos and pictures of each of my vents and explained in detail the process and reason why any vent couldn't be accessed properly.

We will definitely be using this company for our future HVAC needs.

We had water leaking from our high efficiency furnace. I called another HVAC company and was told it would be a week before they could get to us. I called Aire Serv and they sent a repair man the same day. Greg was very knowledgeable and after inspecting the furnace and analyzing the potential cause of the problem he gave us a reasonable estimate. He also inquired as to whether or not we had had the furnace serviced recently. It had been 5 years since any maintenance had been done. He stated that Aire Serv had a maintenance tune -up special and based on his diagnosis of our problem, it would be most cost effective to have him fix the problem while doing the maintenance tune-up. I agreed to take his offer and was thoroughly pleased with his work. He fixed the problem, tuned-up the furnace and the price was much less than his original quote! We will definitely have Aire Serv do all of our furnace and a/c work from now on and I would definitely recommend them!!

Woke up Christmas morning to NO heat. Called and within 3 hours Christian showed up and fixed our gas valve on our furnace.He was very talented, helpful snd friendly. He was an answer to prayer.

Typical, corporate/franchise type contractor experience. Colorful marketing. Asking for reviews. Professional enough. Very expensive. They came out and diagnosed an inducer motor problem, wanted nearly $1k to replace it. I had a highly rated, family owned and local company come out after them and the price was nearly 50% lower for the same part, same warranty, same high level service.

A replacement furnace was recommended by both companies. Again, same service with Aire Serv being about 50% higher in price. This is not a small difference.

When a company is showing up at the top of the "Google ads" you should know you're paying extra if you hire them. Those "clicks" on the Google ads can frequently cost $100 per click. That marketing cost gets passed on to you, the consumer.

Strongly recommend you get a few estimates before hiring them. I was very happy with the service I received from the family owned and local company who came in after them.

Be aware of using Air Serve for service. They repaired my boiler by cleaning the ignition rod. This cost $360. 11 days later I got the same error code. They want to charge me another $300 to replace a part. I ordered it on Amazon $15. It did not fix the problem. I called another company, my boiler was fixed in one day for half the original charge from Air Serve.

Zach gave our estimate, he was very professional. Our furnace and a/ c was installed 10 days from when we committed to buy from Aire service. Mike, Brian and Scott were very professional and courteous. Recommend this company highly. We had a Bryant 926t furnace and legacy 3 1/2 ton a/ c unit installed.
