Aire Serv of S. MI is a great company. I had a lot of questions about what I needed for my house when replacing my furnace. Ben came out and gave me an estimate-took measurements and photos to help ensure the best furnace for my space and home. The owner of the company took time to talk to me and explain things. The installers Mike and Eric were courteous, clean and efficient. The administrative assistants were also very kind and patient. I would recommend this company for anyone that needs a new furnace. I don't have AC yet-but will call them when-if I ever want to add this to my house.

Service has been great. The salesman oversold us a unit for the size of our house. I guess I should have been more aware of what my needs were, or waited for multiple quotes.

I noticed my water heater was leaking. I placed a service call mid to late afternoon. At four o'clock Zac showed up, identified the problem, told me the cost to fix it. I agreed. Zac replaced the faulty part and was on his way. Fast, professional and reasonably priced service. Thanks Zac. See you on 4/6/21 for our annual Heating/AC maintenance.

6/7/22 Greg came out for our semi annual maintenance winter/summer switch over. Greg found a potential problem with a part that could fail soon and replaced it. I expect service like that. What I did not expect was a crash course in HVAC. It appears that we have dampers in the duct work and Greg took time to explain how they work to enhance heating and cooling in different parts of the house.

Between Marc, Zac and Greg I am confident that should any problems arise they will be capable of addressing them.

It was a good experience. It was a maintenance visit. The technician was very pleasant and professional. I will call them again.

Zachary came out on a Saturday to my sisters. The Fella was very thorough, professional and efficient and even talked through everything he was doing, He had a wonderful attitude. I hope the company takes care of him because he truly is good @ what he does.

Quality service. We had a no-heat situation and they were able to coordinate a schedule swap with another customer to get our new furnace installed the next day. Thank you AirServe and thank you to the other customer who was willing to do the schedule swap.

I like doing business with this company because of their service man Mark. I have Geo-thermal heat and ever since Mark became my service man the Furnace works better than it ever did. If you want your furnace worked on, call this company and ask for Mark to work on it, you won’t be disappointed. I have owned 3 houses and had other companies work on the furnaces. No comparison, Mark is the best in the field. The Owner Mike is a great guy also. Do yourself a favor and get this company when you need furnace orA/C work done, you won’t regret it.

Mike Cummins and Bryan Schipol were our installers. They were very clean and professional with the job. They explained what they had to do and how they planned to do it.
