They were very good to work with. My elderly mothers furnace quit working I called after hours they had someone there to work on her furnace in a little over an hour. The tech was a very nice young man he was very thorough and has it working quickly. No complaint's about the service at all. Was a little expensive but my moms peace of mind was worth it. I would recommend this company.

My boiler stopped working on a Sunday night. On Monday morning I called and a service tech came. It was resolved in a timely fashion. Zach was my service tech and preformed his job is a courteously and professional manner. He stuck with the job until it was done to his satisfaction. These are my go-to folks for regular maintenance and repair

We were very satisfied with Aire Serv. They sent out a technician within hours of us calling and the pricing was competitive for our area. The technician (Zachary Millisor) was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He helped us pick the best type of furnace for our household size and needs without trying to upsell. He made arrangements to perform the install right away so we wouldn't have to go without heat for long. The install went well, he was thorough with explaining everything to us, and he did a great job with cleaning up after himself. We highly recommend Aire Serv of Southern Michigan.

We were in need of a furnace in February 2020 and the Air Serve Team came to us highly recommended. They were able to detect what was wrong with our old furnace, and gave us the option to repair or replace a 20+ year old furnace with a much better high efficiency one. We also decided to replace the 20+ year old air conditioner at the same time. They were highly knowledgeable on all thing heat and air. I am not! So to have them explain it in words I could understand was even better. We also purchased a years supply (4) of furnace filters. (Merv rated) they are the best filters. Since we had the install done in February and the air conditioner wasn’t ready to be used, we received a call from their office manager in mid-April for them to come back out and finish the hook-up of the air conditioner. Their installer Allen was great, always smiling and very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Air Serv of Southern Mi in Michigan Center. They will take care of all your heating, cooling, and water tank needs!!! Now and in the future.
