Hager Fox Heating & Air Conditioning

I am very impressed with Hager Fox and Andrew. I liked being able to schedule my appointment online and getting a text notifying me Andrew was on his way and containing information about Andrew and a link to track his progress as he made his way to our house. I scheduled the appointment late Wednesday night. Andrew arrived at 3PM the next day and repaired our AC unit by 4PM. He was very courteous and professional. I also liked being offered a maintenance plan that will ensure we keep our furnace and AC unit well-maintained and that doing so saved us money on the repair. Something we tend to forget to do. I highly recommend H-F and Andrew.

Joe with Hager Fox was very thorough in diagnosing the issues with our thermostat and furnace. He recommended replacement of the thermostat, and repairs (and a tuneup!) to keep our furnace running well for some time to come. He was professional and friendly, honest about what needed to be done, and took the time to educate us on how to keep the system running efficiently. We look forward to working with Joe for future maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner, and we will be sure to call Hager Fox when the time comes for replacement

The service was fine, no complaints about that. However, does Hager Fox not supply their techs with boot covers? Spent the entire day before cleaning my house, this guy's walking through it after working in the rain and dirt around my unit. Hallway rug is wet where the thermostat is. Just unprofessional.

Our only wish is that we had called sooner! The estimator, finance department, the scheduler and installers were all very easy to talk to and professional. Financing was no more than a short phone call for the approval, and less than a week later we have a brand new energy efficient system in place. An absolutely pleasant experience all around.

Joe Rambo from Hager Fox/Randazzo did a thorough, excellent job of servicing the oil furnace & also tuning up the central air conditioning. He took the time to explain things & answer my questions. I will recommend him to friends & family. Five Star HBAC service.

I had an excellent experience today Hager Fox. I called early this morning to see if someone was able to check on my central after having a lot of difficulty scheduling with another HVAC professional. Hager Fox was able to have a technician at my house within 4 hours of my call. The technician was professional, honest, and timely. Will use again!

John and Matt did an awesome job with the removal and installation of a new A/C, Furnace, and Water heater. They were friendly, courteous and displayed confidence in their work. My salesperson Doug was great also. My experience from start to finish with Hager Fox was great. 👍 S. Webb

The diagnostic charge was half the price of another company I contacted. Joe has great people skills. He is very polite and personable. He explained what needed repaired. He pointed out the broken parts. He knew about a warranty on the heat exchanger and looked it up. They have a sales person available this afternoon to give me an estimate on replacement cost. I always like to get a second estimate to compare the price. I was pleased with the diagnostic work and the price for the diagnostic call.

Riley did an excellent job troubleshooting along with fixing the problems he found. He is also very friendly, personable, and easy to get along with. He made the process as easy as possible and made sure we understood the new thermostat.

Brian responded to our call for AC not operating very quickly and diagnosed the problem and ordered a new fan after getting the original one to work until the new one arrived. He then came and installed the new one quickly. Excellent service! Thanks!
