Pam and Fran with Austin Heating & Cooling were quick to help me out when my furnace went out on one of the coldest nights. They sent a technician the next day even though their schedule was already full. They are the best and I highly recommend!

During a cold night the gas valve broke on my furnace. Austin Heating & Cooling had it fixed hours later even though they already were booked for the next couple days. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services!

Just had furnace and water heater replaced. Also added new central air. Outstanding customer service! Friendly and professional from Fran in the office to the installion guys. Steve and Bryan were professional and efficient. Done in a day! Cleaned up the job site and the final cost was actually under the estimate! Very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

The folks there, from receptionist and service technicians to the owner, consistently outperform all others when it comes to customer service, repair and installation services.

Like service used to be years ago, they truly make you feel like family and prioritize whatever problem you're experiencing. They have great response time, and are prompt, friendly, and professional. Likewise, they are highly knowledgeable regarding the Heil furnace brand; and I absolutely love the high efficiency model they installed.

Austin-Fuller Heating and Cooling provided our family with phenomenal service. We purchased our home late this fall and immediately started having issues with the furnace. Steve came out to check the issue and the previous owners didn’t have a drain line installed. Water was pouring behind our furnace (leading us to believe it was an issue with our main cast drain which we did call a plumber and got an estimated quote of $2,500 to fix which we were planning on doing this spring!!!) after Steve took the cover off water also came pouring out of it. He cleaned it up and it was working good enough but with that much water damage we decided on going with a new furnace as not to have any further issues. Steve was back in a short few days with a new furnace. Only took a few hours for the install, and absolutely no water on our floor since! We LOVE our new furnace and the service we received. Upon the inspector coming out after he said it was one of the best installs he’d ever seen. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with their HVAC.

I have my furnace and my A/C tune ups done every year by Austin-Fuller.
My heat went out on a Sunday, so Monday morning first thing I called them and they were GREAT in getting me on their schedule that same day and getting my furnace fixed. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and they had my furnace working while they went to get a part and finish their other service calls and made sure to come back yet the same day to install the part. I GREATLY APPRECIATED their responsiveness and their professionalism and doing their best to save me money. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs!

I live out of state and had been renting our family home. After tenants moved out I learned the ac had quit 2yrs prior. I had always done business with Austin’s when we lived in Michigan so I called and they got to the house ASAP to do a full inspection of both the ac, water heater and furnace. New ac was installed quickly. I would not do a price comparison with any other company because of the love and care Pam and Steve give their customers (me). However, prices are reasonable and I later found by word of mouth, comparable with other companies. They go way above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Wow! All i can say is WOW. Steve and the team may be the most courteous, prompt and professional contractors I have ever dealt with. Great email and phone communication about start times and dates. Prompt replies to emails and calls. Great work. Courteous on the jobsite and at the end of the job. Pointed out things that didnt need to be fixed as well as suggestions on how to do what was currently done better, without pressure. the ONLY HVAC company I will ever use again.
