He explained how to use it. Tim helped me program my thermostat and with the wireless software set-up. The whole crew was great and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend doing business with Hager Fox. It is hard to find a company and staff that have high quality products, service and care. Hager Fox has a customer for life.

I have a Payne furnace that stopped working. The service tech was here 5 minutes and told me I needed a new furnace. I did some research online and my furnace has a warranty from Payne for the problem it is having. Why did Hager fox try and force me to buy a new furnace? There crooks.

The technicians were great. Very professional, friendly and hard working. No complaints on the quality of workmanship. The one negative was the cleanup I had to do after they left ; 2 1/2 hours worth. I realize there is always a mess after a major install, just wish they had done some of the cleaning.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and even arrived early (after checking to make sure it was okay). Fortunately our issue was easy to fix but I felt confident that Riley could have gotten the furnace working no matter what. My only complaint is the long hold time when I called in for an appointment.

The Technician Brian did a very good job. He checked all electrical components for the A/C, cleaned the compressor and checked for Puron levels. He e was on time and cleaned up afterward. Always have had excellent service fro Hager Fox.
