Joe Rambo was very personable and such a great tech to work with! He showed up within the original time window and was courteous and professional. He was super friendly and passionate about his work. He performed my repair quickly and left everything tidy and put back together. We even made a little small talk before he left.

Professional from the very first Contact with the office. They got our repair scheduled and came on time. Our technician Brian called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He was professional and very kind. He explained the procedure to us and he was able to complete the repair with no issues. We also discussed getting a new unit for next summer or if it was not able to be repaired this year, for this summer. He was very knowledgeable and we will definitely request him when we have our heater serviced in October. I would definitely recommend Hager Fox and I will definitely use them again.

I would like my electric issue resolved but you guys seem to just ignore rather then communicate!!! My electric panel that you all replaced is still not approved... the hvac side of things have been and are great so there's that but i do not recommend having any major electric done by them

I started out with a general maintenance call and ended up with a new system. Very happy with the process from inspection, to sales and then installation. Crew members explained everything clearly and worked steadily all day, picking up as they went. Very nice to work with.
