Ricardo, Nate, Matt, and Austin did an excellent job installing our new AC and high efficiency furnace. Everything was explained thoroughly. They took extra time to make sure the work areas were neat and clean. I would recommend Hagar Fox for quality service at a reasonable price.

Bryan did our furnace/AC tuneup today 2/20/23. He was very professional and personable. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Hager Fox. You won’t be disappointed.

Had an issue with a pump, he arrived within the time he said he would. Did a great job checking everything and explaining what was going on. Very friendly and nice guy. Excellent service. Very happy with the outcome of my emergency call.

Hager Fox was great to work with from start to finish. They answered all my questions and gave me multiple options on what I could get for a full ac and furnace replacement. They were on time and finished in the 8hrs they gave. It was a pretty painless process and Im glad I used their services. I would recommend then to anyone. Thanks to Matt and his handy crew for getting rid of my 30yr old junk and updating me to new and shiny! It was better then i imagined.

Brian was able to come same day, was professional, answered all my questions, and was great with my dog. New water heater install price was fair and they are able to do it within a couple days. It was a good experience.

I have to say that also the customer service representative that helped me getting the appointment was great, she did everything to help me and provided me the best customer service experience which I really appreciate. 2 years with them now and counting…

I’d highly recommend for HVAC installation and services- Our installation team was incredibly efficient, courteous, and respectful (Justin, Jesus, Liam) and when we had a service call 6 months later, Brian took excellent care of us. We feel we paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the customer service on top of that!

Joe was very personable and honest. He could not fix my account but he did a complete and thorough job of diagnosis. There just wasn't any viable, affordable option short of replacement.

* This post was made before I have chosen whether I will be using them for the repair service and parts quality so I was not able to fairly Rate them on those two categories this post is about my Initial contact as a new customer.

First time using Hager Fox. They only charged $47 for a diagnosis. Which will be refunded if we move forward with their service. Riley, responding HVAC Technician, was extremely professional called me personally with an arrival time. Then I get a text message with a picture of his face and his information saying he was our technician. This was very helpful because this was a rental unit and I was not going to be there. My tenant was there so I sent the information to them. After the diagnosis was done Riley called me and told me exactly what was going on, very professional about it and give me some options. So far i've only diagnosed and scheduled an estimate with Hager Fox but the professionalism has been second to none. Even their phone system is as user friendly as they can be. I was able to leave my phone number for a callback instead of stay on hold.
I didn't even have time to post this before they called me back to schedule next steps. So thoroughly impressed with their knowledge professionalism and attention to detail. I look forward to posting more about the estimate experience.
