Called 9 am in the morning to schedule appointment for AC maintenace and had service tech Andrew at my house within the hour. Very thorough, efficient and professional, which is exactly the same experience I had last December with Denny from Hager-Fox who came out to service our furnace. Couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the quality of service from both these techs. Great job!

We purchased a 1 year service agreement on 12/10/2021. Today I called for the yearly FALL maintenance, and I was told they no longer service residential boilers as of @this summer”. I was NOT informed they no longer do this work until today. So they took almost $200 for a service agreement they could only honor for less than year. No refunds or remedies were offered. Be very careful with service their agreements, they might just eliminate your service also.

Matt and Liam were my service guys and they did a amazing job. Very professional and very hard working young men and really knew there job very well. Highly would recommend Hager Fix and both Matt and Liam. Thank you guys for a job very well done.
