Just had Hager Fox install a new furnace and AC unit at my house yesterday. Could not be happier. The installation was quick and efficient and the installers (Nate & Austin) were absolutely incredible! They were extremely professional, nice and hard working. They even went the extra mile to do their best to keep the noise level down while my 2 year old napped upstairs. She never woke up - kudos boyz! Safe to say I will be using Hager Fox for all my future heating and cooling services. Thanks all involved!

Nate K and Brian T were great to work with. They were friendly , courteous, efficient, answered all my questions, explained everything about what was done.
I had an emergency water repair issue right before they arrived. They worked around what was being done efficiently and effectively despite having to park farther away from my home.
Spencer A and Alex were respectful of my home , took great care moving the heating units in and out. They were polite and explained everything.

Matt and Austin came out and replaced the old Bard furnace we had and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and super hard working. It was quite the job getting that old beast out, but they managed. I would highly recommend Hager Fox. Thanks Matt and Austin!

Benjamin was so knowledgeable and helped me understand the workings of my furnace. He was actually pretty amazing!

Joe did a PHENOMENAL job. He was nice polite and got right to work. He was finish fixing our air conditioner within 30 minutes. The cost was a little pricey but we'll worth it.

I'm glad service was available this morning. Andrew found the problem and took care of it. He will be back to install a new humidifier.

Todd and Angelo worked all day installing an entirely new hvac system. It’s been 2 days and the house is so cool. The only thing we absolutely hate is the Huge Parascope style exhaust coming out of the back of the house. I also wish it wasn't exposed but had a screen cover on the exit so nothing gets caught or thrown down the pipe.

At first impression, Riley was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable & shared all information about our AC unit, with us. He also worked fast, efficiently, & was clean. And....he picked up our home as a late afternoon "pick-up emergency job," and smiled his way through it. 😊😊
