Had new system installed 6 months ago by Hager Fox, got an alert and they came out and repaired it right away. Was an issue with the panel and air filter change. Took about an hour. Tech was friendly, helpful, polite and efficient.

The crew found a plugged condensation line that had been a problem for years and got it repaired. The new furnace and ac unit was beautifully done and they were very pleasant to work with. I will never call anyone else for my heating and cooling need.

Joe Rambo was great. He called in advance of his arrival. He wore his mask the entire time. He took his time inspecting the problem, reviewed the repair options and prices, and accepted my questions willingly. Very nice guy.

After agonizing over the decision for most of a very hot July, I chose Hager Fox over two competitors I had quotes from. The job was to replace a 55-year old furnace and a 27-year-old central air system. Their proposal, thanks in part to a manufacturers rebate, offered a better warranty (longer on labor without an extra fee), Lennox quality, and a higher efficiency/SEER system at our price point, along with a longer (18 month) zero interest financing option. I know it was a bit of a fluke that we ended up with next day service-- we applied for financing at 3:45p, got approval and accepted HF's proposal by 4, installers arrived at 8 this morning--but everything that was done today by a top-notch crew left me feeling good about my choice.

John, Tim, and Nate were thoroughly professional and very personable, with their efficiency and combined experience shining through--they wrapped up the complete furnace/AC replacement by 5. I watched from close by for most of the day, taking pictures and asking questions, and they were very gracious about keeping me up to speed. They handled the inevitable unexpected wrinkles with a great team attitude, and ultimately left the room where the furnace is located cleaner than when they arrived. I was very pleased and impressed with their skill and work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them--five stars top to bottom.
