Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling Autumn Glo Fireplaces

Joe was prompt quick, and thorough. We appreciate how Air-1 communicates with us before, during and after our system maintenance appointments. It has been a pleasure being their customer for more than 3 decades.

They came over to my home while i was out of town and helped get heat on before the big storm so my wife wouldnt be cold. The rates were more than reasonable (2023) and the tech was professional, licensed, knowledgeable, and efficient. He found a hole in my 20 year old furnace heat exchanger and found us a brand new hear exchanger straight from the factory.

Technicians attention to detail was outstanding in the installation of my furnace/air conditioner. Did a very good job in explaining of units and answering questions. Very helpful for getting the app loaded and went through program options before leaving. They came recommended to me and I will be recommending them too.

We began living in our purchased home in summer '22. While it worked at closing testing/inspection, we didn't have much occasion to use the gas fireplace insert over the summer and it wouldn't light in January when we tried to use it. We called Adkisson Air1 and they sent Joe to our home on January 24. It took just over 1.5 weeks for a tech to show up for a non-emergency tune-up, since we have a regular furnace and didn't "need" the fireplace. Joe was very clean, courteous, and thorough. The former homeowners didn't leave any documentation and also didn't do any preventative maintenance, so Adkisson Air1's maintenance was a good idea. Joe was very thorough and explained the elements of the fireplace and how to take it apart and put in batteries if the power went out and pointed out various features. He also noted a few safety issues like the builder put trim around the fireplace that wasn't totally "unsafe" per se, but wasn't up to code. He gave general pricing for options we asked about and specific pricing for recommended upgrades. We stuck with the tune up for now, but we'll call Adkisson Air1 in the future. The whole transaction, including credit card check-out and email of all information, was very easy.

Sales team did a great job getting me a quote and updating as needed. Install team was great! They were on time, did quick work, left the space clean and were easy to work with!

This business is responsive, thorough, and professional. The service technician, Joe Cavanaugh, was customer friendly and personable answering all my questions and very knowledgeable regarding his work and the equipment.

Brad was professional, punctual, and courteous. He was able to show me the concern areas, answered all my questions, and was able to translate HVAC Speak into everyday language I could understand. He was able to replace a part while on site and give me the up front cost prior to installation.

The front office staff was just as courteous and professional! Really a great experience overall.

Excellent service by Joe ... Needed this done asap as my wife just had surgery and was getting too hot in the house ... Joe got me up and running in about an hour or so. A/C work fine now. Thanks a ton Joe!

Joe performed tuneup & inspection of my furnace & returned with CJ to install remotes & to tuneup the living room fireplace & one installed in the basement. Both fireplaces looked like new after the work was completed. I was very satisfied with their exceptional skill & job well done!
