Jimmy was very helpful with some warranty issues we had with our woodstove. Gave us some suggestions on future care of our stove. We bought our stove thru Adkisson, the initial installation and follow up have been done with great care. Would highly recommend this store.

Working with Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling to purchase and install our new Autumn Glo Fireplace was fantastic from beginning to end. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. We had to reschedule delivery and install a number of times due to other on-going projects on our end and Adkisson was extremely accomodating. Additionally, the install crew went above and beyond to get the unit installed despite a sewer leak that they discovered in our crawlspace AND having to rework the original plan to tie into the existing gas line. Also, some of the rock and mortar needed to be removed around the fireplace in order to install the unit and the reinstall of that looks wonderful!
We couldn't be happier with the fireplace! It will warm the first floor when the weather is cooler or give a nice ambience when the weather is warmer using the lights and no flame. I highly recommend Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling and the Autumn Glo Fireplace!
