My Dad came home from a 2 week hospital stay on Thursday evening - he and my Mom awoke Saturday morning without heat. After 2 calls to previous service providers, who both told them no help available until Wednesday (Christmas was upcoming Tuesday), they called me. I told them to call your emergency number. They did and tech arrived within an hour or so. Though he could not complete repair due to part being unavailable, he restored heat with a work-around for weekend AND holiday (which they were able to still host thanks to you). Tech returned on Thursday as promised with part and completed repair. My parents are both 88 and would have been terribly uncomfortable anywhere but home for so many days AND the holiday - not to mention immediately after a 2 week hospital stay. They are very grateful and so am I. Thank you to your entire team!

We are completely satisfied with Air1 for the gas log purchase from Amy to Jimmy and to Joe. Amy gave us a fair price, Jimmy was thorough with the pre-instalation inspection. Joe was knowledgeable, skillful and, most importantly, showed respect to our home. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Awesome company with highly dedicated and capable workers!! The 6 guys who installed everything were respectful, professional, fast workers and just plain AWESOME!! If you need a furnace, ductwork or an AC installed. Call them first!! They are the only choice as far as I'm concerned!! A+++++++++++++++++
