Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling Autumn Glo Fireplaces

Joe installed a new humidifier to my existing furnace...only one day after i called for a quote! As always Adkisson Air 1 was fast, professional and courteous.

The men arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They were most helpful in explaining things to me and answered all my questions. Great company and employees!

Today I had our furnace and central air checked by Kevin from Adkisson Air 1. I was truly impressed by the professionalism and patience shown while explaining to me what he tuned up, cleaned etc on my hvac. The entire experience was a positive one and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who needs this service. Thank you Kevin.

Initially I thought my appointment was forgotten about as I had set this back in September and had it set on my calendar for 10:00 AM and no confirmation phone call was received. However, Kevin showed up at 11:00 apologized for not receiving a call (which is 1000% no fault of his). Kevin proceeded to clean and inspect my fireplace he was extremely polite thorough and detail oriented. He answered all of my questions and concerns informed me things I did not know about my fireplace and all around just did a really really wonderful job. Due to The quality of Kevin’s service and polite professional manner we will continue to us him for any heating and cooling needs, he is definitely the reason behind the 5 star review!

Kevin was courteous and polite. He made sure that he put covers on his shoes when he entered my home. He is very professional. I feel very confident that the work that Adkisson Air 1 does is well done.

Joe did a great job! He was on-time, polite, respectful, didn’t make a mess, and most importantly fixed our gas fireplace. It works better than ever! We were very pleased. We would recommend his work to others.

I have done several different things with Adkisson Air 1 over the years, and have always been more than pleased. We had a humidifier and improved filter added to our furnace as well as new Thermostat; we have had 2 different AC repairs; and we had a complete furnace/AC replace/install at another location - every time they were SO very friendly, accommodating, easy, pleasant, and with good pricing. I highly suggest adding their phone number to your contact list for your next need!

Kevin was very professional. Answered all questions and was very thorough checking furnace all filters and replacing them for me which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him and Air 1 , which I have done several times....

We bought our furnace last fall from Adkisson. We could not be any happier with it. And team of installers were very professional and polite. When they left did not know they were even there. Place was spic and span.
We also purchased an air conditioner and Joe came out to put in the coolant to get us ready for warmer days. Another wonderful employee.
We also bought our woood burning fireplace from them (Autumn Glo) and it has been 100% awesome. Bought that 6 years ago.
My point is Adkisson is the best in this business. We love the sales staff, technicians, owner, heck everyone. Thank you for helping us decide what we really needed in our home.

The Adkission Tech (Kevin)showed up within 40 min. of my call. Checked the system , corrected the problem, and performed a furnace tune up. I will definitely Call Adkinssion Heating and Cooling for my annual furnace maintenance.
