The pilot on our hot water heater was out and Kevin Stoner got it working again.

Joe was the technician that gave my furnace a tune-up.
He was very thorough and detailed as he went through the various cavities of the furnace, cleaning them and checking the electrical connectivity of the wires before buttoning up the panels. He even ensured the water humidifier was operational and the drain lines were clear. Additionally, he was responsive and polite as he answered all of my inquiries I threw at him.
Because of his attention to detail and his positive attitude, this visit was definitely a 5-star rating. Thanks again Joe!

Needed my gas fireplace fixed. They came out, checked it out and had to order parts. The parts came in very quick and they came back within a few days.

Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling were here today and like all these years, excellent service. Our go to technician Kevin Stoner was here to prepare our furnace for the upcoming winter. We also had him this time take care of our gas fireplace. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly like always. We have been with the companies member service for many many years now and have never had any issues. Our furnace and AC as well as the fireplace are running smoothly for over 15 years and counting. Joe did maintenance work on my fireplace and cleaned all the glass. It looks beautiful he did a fabulous job.

Their team that installed our new AC was very professional and customer service oriented. Even when we had a very minor issue with one of the vents, they came to repair it for us without hesitation. Very satisfied with the installation, and cannot wait to try it out this summer.

The job quotation experience using them 4 x was comprehensive and open about fixed and variable costs, risks and payback for variation options for the new systems we wanted. Work was done on time, crew seemed like they were well coordinated and prepared. They left no messes for us, they did all that they would do and kept us informed about progress or delays. No return to fix anything was needed later. No big surprises once the work was underway. It is a family business so they have a darn good reason to do things right the first time! No change in good service even though business has changed to next generation. I'll keep their number handy!

I couldn't be happier with this experience! Our air conditioning stopped working overnight. I called at lunch and they had a team of 2 folks come out in a few hours and fix our AC in less than an hour. I will always use Adkisson as long as I live in the area!
