Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling Autumn Glo Fireplaces

A great experience with Adkisson. They completed a maintenance on our fireplace and heating system and changed out our thermostat. Friendly, on time, knowledgeable and just made everything easy for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fireplace thermostat replacement and maintenance. They were very professional and took the time to explain what we needed to get done. Response time for call backs were also very quick.

Air1 repaired our fireplace that wouldn't light and was not functioning properly. They also did a very detailed and thorough cleaning of our entire fireplace inside and out. I thought the glass was tinted and it turns out that it was just very dirty. It looks a new fireplace. We also replaced our sensor and remote, which was an extremely nice upgrade from our previous equipment, more modern looking and functions effortlessly. Kevin, who serviced our fireplace, took extra time to show us how everything worked and how to make adjustments for better room comfort. Will use Air1 again in the future. So happy and feels like we have a new fireplace.

I personally want to thank this company for going above and beyond and working on Christmas Eve in order to remove my old furnace that had holes in the heat exchanger and install a new system. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. They made the process very easy, not to mention everyone that came to the jobsite was super professional! Kevin was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable at his job. He did a thorough job of trouble shooting the problem with my gas fireplace, and made the correct repairs.

We have used Adkisson for many years because they do excellent work, but just as important, they can be trusted to tell us the truth about our heating and AC systems (we had other companies try to sell us multi-thousand-dollar furnaces and AC when it was not necessary.) When they come to our house for twice yearly inspections and tune-ups (Cozy Club membership) they are very respectful and they explain any issues in a non-condescending manner, and answer all questions we have in the same way. Once they're done with their work they clean up and you'd never know they were there. Thanks Adkisson!

Joe did a good job of flipping a switch to turn our gas fireplace on.......lol. It may sound ridiculous, but we did not know that flipping the switch up was "off" and flipping the switch down was "on" so when we could not turn the pilot light on and use our fireplace, we thought we had bigger issues. Joe quickly found that the fireplace had accidently been switched off, turned our fireplace on and went on his way. An $80 lesson learned.

Joe was very professional, diagnosed the issue in a timely matter and had the part needed in the van for replacement. I will be using Adkisson for any needs in the future.
