    My grandmas furnace broke right at the beginning of winter and Kirk and his team went above and beyond to install a new one within days! My grandma was so thankful and there hasn’t been any issues since the installation. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10

    Blue flame installed my waterheater. All the metal stair trim I installed while remodeling my basement was dented by their dolly. I decided to ignore it.
    They had to come out twice to service it within the first 6 months. It happens but there customer service is my issue. I called and told them I had a problem and also asked if it would be under warranty. I was not mean or angry. Just asked a question. She told me it would be. Simple enough. The service tech showed up at my house while I was gone but my wife was home. The service tech told my wife he fixed the problem and said, "any more that needs to be done, I'll have to charge you. The girl that took the call said your husband isn't going to pay". I really don't understand the reason for lying about the situation. If it wasn't covered, I'd gladly pay. I'd recommend staying away from this company.

    Blue Flame is the best heating and cooling business around. They take care of my entire families heating and cooling needs. We would never go to anyone else. Their pricing is fair, they always show up on time, and they are trustworthy.

    Contract through CE. We had fire department and CE confirm there was a gas leak and burners were burning yellow on our boiler Tuesday. Had Blue Flame come out Wednesday and the guy came in with a flashlight, pen, butt crack and an eye-rolling response to my concerns. Very dismissive and left without leaving any paperwork. We had an appointment set up with our normal routine maintenance with Goyette and they went above and beyond. We do have to pay out our pocket for repairs. He did confirm their was a serious leak with a loose gas valve and possible carbon monoxide back draft. Called CE and they will be reimbursing us and noting my complaint with Blue Flame’s unprofessional service.

    I have used blue flame for 3 years now. I am so appreciative of their promptness, their costumer service and their workmanship. When other companies would have told me I needed a new system, they fixed mine and cost me minimal. They are literally the only company That calls me back and actually cares. I have a business in caring for pets and they understand the importance of temperature control for my visitors. I would highly recommend this company for their courteous staff, customers service and fair prices.

    I’m totally NOT biased but the team at Blue Flame has gone ABOVE and beyond expectations for upgrades to my home (furnace and A/C). Works like a fricken dream and has saved me SO MUCH MONEY in energy bills!!

    I booked with them as an out of state landlord for a vacant rental property. Bill called my wife and started interrogating her as to where we lived (what does that matter since I told receptionist prior day that I was out of state). He then abruptly said it was a risk and they wouldn’t go. I gave 2 stars because the receptionist was very polite. What’s the risk if nobody is there and the house is vacant? I won’t call them again

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! WARNING!! Called them to check my furnace because it was taking over 2 hours to start the heat blowing. Tyler came out same day (Monday). Checked it out, nothing found. He recommended one part that might help, costing $75. Had to order it and he said he was coming back next day to install. Called to say it would not be in until the following day and it would be more expensive. I said fine to that. That day came (Wednesday), with no contact. Called right before 5 pm to check (no call from him all day.) Said he is running late, could he come at 7:00 pm? I said fine. At 7:00 pm, he called and said he was "on the side of road with a flat tire". Asked if he could come next day. I had plans. Set up the following day (Friday) at 1:00 pm and he said he would be there. By this time, 4 days went by. On Friday, I was waiting for him at 1:00 pm. Guess what? By 1:30 pm, no Tyler. I called the office. The answering service told me she was not sure where they were, maybe at lunch? She took my message. By this time, I decided this company was a joke. Never heard back from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!

    The man that came to my house when my heat went out was very nice and polite. He ended up not charging me cleaning off my sensor in my furnace because he didn’t need to replace any parts so he only had to charge me for the service call. Which ended up being $99 I was just happy it wasn’t the motherboard in the furnace because those are like $350 or more 😵‍💫! Wow!!
